Me gusta mucho este lugar. La comida siempre excelente y de grandioso sabor. Las bebidas muy buenas y variedad. Si no está en el menú puedes pedir que te la preparen. Bonito lugar para ir en pareja o con amigos. Definitivamente un lugar para regresar. I really like this place. The food is always excellent and has a great flavor. Very good drinks and variety. If it's not on the menu, you can ask them to prepare it for you. Nice place to go as a couple or with friends. Definitely a place to return.
Terrible terrible experience they did not let us sit down because my boyfriend was wearing a tank top during the day. I would like to see if they would do the same to J Balvin if he walked in. Terrible never going again. They even asked if he had a hoodie as if a hoodie is more elegant or formal haha. WOW

Went here to celebrate an anniversary and I told the host, that way it was a surprise, and the server never said one thing about it. On top of that, I called and let the manager know, because I thought it was really disappointing, and the manager Jaden basically said it was my fault for not ordering a dessert. I didn’t order a dessert because I thought they would be bringing one, like I asked them to do. The service wasn’t like it used to be, either. Drinks took 15+ minutes and they brought all the food at once. What a shame to see such a great establishment go downhill.

I came to this restaurant to have lunch, but the unprofessional behavior of JAVIER completely ruined the experience. His attitude was unacceptable and made me lose all desire to stay. JAVIER clearly needs training on how to properly treat and communicate with customers. His conduct reflects poorly on the restaurant and suggests a serious need for both customer service and anger management training. JAVIER is not a good representation of this restaurant, which I know is capable of much better service. I plan to contact the corporate office, as this establishment deserves better than having someone with such poor customer service representing it at the bar. JAVIER should be sent home for a week to reflect and re-evaluate his approach toward customers. Never coming back here is JAVIER still employed here. I will be sure to place my reviews at all platforms so nobody experiences the unpleasant and unprofessional behavior from JAVIER.

Food great as always. Highly recommend a reservation or calling ahead as the wait time could push 2 hours if you walk in.

The food and service were good, but I was honestly disgusted that the restaurant had a visibly sick server working. They could barely speak and looked like they shouldn’t have been there at all. For such an expensive restaurant, it’s shocking and unsanitary to see that happen. I’m not leaving this review through the text I got after dining because I don’t want the server to get in trouble, it’s clear the issue is with management, not them.

Penny and all the staff were great. Yummy everything! I had the kale salad. All the flavors blended well. The key lime 🍋🟩 pie 🥧 is awesome!

This restaurant discriminates against different race and against families. They did not want to seat us because of us having 10 people. We offered to split up. They refused us service even when we offered to not sit anywhere near each other. We were treated absolutely terrible by the manager and the greeter because of our group size and our race. We were lied to as well. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Do not give this restaurant who discriminates your business.
Upon arrival at this restaurant for my wife’s birthday on time for our reservation the hostess disgustingly refused to seat us saying that the table in question was only for 4 and not for 5 people. Now please bear in mind that this was bench seating on either side of the table not individual chairs. I pointed out that the 5th person was my two year old son and he would quite easily fit in the middle of two people on one side of the table due to his quite obviously small size being two years old. The hostess said no due to ‘server reasons’ which sounded like insane gibberish. I asked to speak to the manager who said this was restaurant policy. I told her it was my wife’s birthday and how could this possibly affect anyone. She came up with the ridiculous answer that if she made the exception then other people would want to sit 5 people on a similar table. It was utterly illogical and once again I pointed to the size of my two year old son and how could that compare to 3 adults sitting in the same area. She said she was ‘sorry’ and once again refused to seat us. I asked how she was ‘sorry’ when she was the one making the decision and how it was utterly illogical. I would actually describe her treatment of us as borderline evil. I have never ever experienced anything like this from a restaurant and people should be fully aware of how this establishment operates.
Service at the bar was extremely poor. The barmaid put our name on the list and she seated people that came after us because they were regulars. We were angry and disappointed! Never going back. Not the way to treat customers. I’ve never had to put my name on a waiting list to sit at the bar and then wait 25 minutes to have someone leapfrogged ahead of us to take our seats. Never coming back! Hillstone’s terrible!!!
