The attraction was so impressive that they found a spot for me before the reservation, so I was seated before 12:15My reservation was scheduled for 12:15 pm; however, I arrived early and waited in the bar. The establishment's management graciously accommodated me ahead of my appointed time, and I was promptly seated before 12:15. The dining experience was exceptional, with outstanding food and service that were on par with the renowned Houston’s in North Miami Beach. The food was excellent, the service was terrific, and the food was the same quality as the Houston’s in North Miami Beach.

Celebrated my niece’s birthday today and everything was great! Javier our server was very attentive and recommended the best food on the menu. The martinis are very good and refreshing. I loved my Hawaiian rib rye steak it is a 10/10. The salmon was delicious and so was the crispy chicken sandwich. Their sushi rolls were really good too. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back.
I’m always amazed by how busy this place is…all the time! It’s earned it. Service excellent. All the servers help each other out. You’re finished with a dish, the next server walking by picks it up. The menu/food all very good. Ambiance perfect. Its “busyness” is a tribute to the way the business is run.

For the first time in mi life since I have been coming to Hillston (previously Houston) in Coral Gables I leave disappointed ! I regularly come to Hillston even though the waiting is insaine because of their food and service. Well, for the first time the food was not even close to its standard! Fries where tasteless and hard, ribs were dry, sushi delicious didn’t taste as fresh as always …. A disaster !.
