I want to thank Lucas for the outstanding, amazing and totally unexpected customer service. I am a repeat customer from Michigan. I digress - the stone crabs are off the charts the best stone crabs ever. You won’t be disappointed. The weather has been horrific in our part of the world and FedEx failed to deliver our last order of stone crabs for my husbands birthday - they arrived 3 days late.When I contacted Holy Crab with the issue, Lucas was incredibly helpful. First he called me back right away. How often does that happen? He then offered to send us a second new order for overnight delivery which we happily agreed to. However, for the second time in less than 5 days FedEx failed to deliver the order by the promised date and time. ?. No explanation either. That’s for another review.I contacted Lucas to let him know the second order wasn’t going to arrive on time again, and to my surprise he had already arranged for the order to be picked up by an Uber driver (45 min from our house) and had it delivered to our home within hours of when it was promised by FedEx. Needless to say my husband was thrilled. A very happy birthday guy although a few days late.Thank you so much to Lucas and the Holy Crab team for showing your customers you really do care! Can’t wait to order again.

Holy Crab! ? The stone crabs were great! Fresh and tasty! I called and spoke with Lucas who took my order for Thanksgiving over the phone. Knowing it was for Thanksgiving, and only for four adults, he advised me to order two pounds of the medium sized claws. That was exactly the amount we needed. No leftovers; just enough to fill our tummies. The sauce was amazing as well! The claws were delivered as expected, cooked, cracked, and ready to eat! I highly recommend Holy Crab Delivery for all your stone and snow crab needs. Now I need them to sell Maryland Blue Crabs!

I called after I ordered to ask if I could order another sauce and Lucas immediately told me not to worry that he would add one in for me.I received a notice from the driver that he was headed to my apartment, but I noticed he had the wrong street number. I called Holy Crab and Lucas said not to worry that he would contact the driver and take care of it.You don't get service like this every day...And the stone crabs? Here for vacation…excellent quality and fresh. Got the large size stone claws for $59 a pound to go. Their mustard sauce was too sweet for my liking but the crab had the natural flavors. Highly recommend. Slightly less expensive than other places.
