I was recommended this place because im a ramen lover, very much into the asian cuisine along with my girlfriend. I never do reviews but I feel perplexed to share this experience as it ruined my Valentine’s day dinner. I’m very understanding, but we get there and it take about 20 minutes to be seated which is fine, we made it with about an hour left til closing and the waiter tells us to order now before the kitchen closes and we put our entire order in, a lot of things looked good but about 1/2 of the menu (maybe more) was sold out. We were seated in the same table next to another couple and they ordered at the same time as us. For some reason, they got all their appetizers AND their ramen while my girlfriend and I got our appetizers only. Upon further waiting, I asked the waiter if we were getting our ramen and he said the order never went through and there was nothing he could do so we weren’t eating. The waiter offered free juice and a free beer but that wasn’t making up the fact that we were there waiting waiting waiting only to be told that the order was never submitted. This has never happened to me and was really looking forward to eating their specialty… ramen. Really hope it’s a different experience for anyone else.

Lukewarm ramen. Taste was whatever. Not a memorable ramen spot. Disliked the wooden spoon, gave the ramen a woody taste.

We came because of the good reviews this place has. We were a bit disappointed. The food was just ok, not really amazing ramen. What we really didnt like was the service. The place was packed and there were only two servers that looked overwhelmed with all the customers in there. When the first appetizers came we didnt have plates or chopsticks. When we asked for those we were told that all plates were dirty and that only chopsticks would be provided. My wife asked for a green tea and after not coming we asked about it. The server said it was being made. A few minutes later I see the server making the tea himself. Not a great experience and couldn't really recommend this place.

Terrible ramen. Overwhelmingly salty and completely wrong in concept. Instead of the bone broth that gives ramen its white color, they use MILK as the base — and no, I’m not joking, the waitress confirmed it. The result is a bizarre and frankly disgusting flavor that has nothing to do with ramen. It tastes more like a failed cream soup than a proper noodle dish.

Great food, service and atmosphere.
It helped we came on a week night, otherwise the line is too long.
Would recommend to friends.

This is one of our favorite restaurants, which makes this review really disappointing to write.
My wife and I were told there would be about a 40-minute wait, with many people already waiting outside. We decided to take a short walk nearby. About 15 minutes later, we heard our name being called and immediately walked back to the entrance.
When we arrived, the waitress (Kelly) had scratched our name off the list and said, “I called you a little while ago and you weren’t here.” I explained that was us and that we came back as soon as we heard our name. Her response was dismissive, and she proceeded to seat the next party on the list instead.
When I tried to address it, she insisted she had called us “a long time ago,” which simply wasn’t true. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and honestly like a bit of a power trip. That’s not how guests should be treated—especially when they were clearly nearby and returned promptly.
The food was great as always, which makes this even more frustrating. Unfortunately, that experience left a bad taste in our mouths and took away from what should have been an enjoyable evening. I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled, because the restaurant itself deserves better representation.

Certainly not the worst ramen in Miami (107 Taste has that honor), but not much better.
Don’t eat here if you can avoid it. Noodles are overcooked, the soup base is devoid of flavor (they might as well be serving miso soup). The pork belly was solid, but that’s where’s the pros end.
The only thing authentic about this spot is that you are given chopsticks to eat with, I guess.

This was the worst ramen I’ve ever had.
Coming here I wasn’t expecting to be blown away but more of a decent bowl, I was absolutely let down and shocked to see the rating from this place. I couldn’t even finish the bowl because of how bad it was.
I swear the thin noodles aren’t homemade, as they claim them to be, they taste just like BOXED SPAGHETTI noodles.
The edamame was overcooked and under salted.
Service was pretty slow for a semi-empty time, they had at most 5 tables and it took so long to get our order taken and our food to be brought out.

The food here was really good the ramen was excellent. However, I’m giving three stars because of the atmosphere. It was quite dirty inside. We were sitting at a window table and the windows were dirty, and the decorative bottles near us were covered in dust. The women’s restroom also wasn’t clean.
I do want to mention one nice touch the bottled water on the tables, which I really appreciated.
So overall: the food is delicious and yes, I would recommend it. But my sincere suggestion to the owner is to pay more attention to cleanliness even the light fixtures were dusty.

Not recommending their spicy miso ramen. It's simply adding a few drops of chilli oil, and also the miso flavor is not strong enough, compared to a lot of places I have visited. Probably it's ok in Miami, but there's room for improvement for sure.
nice food , good price , clean rest. , kind stuff

Good place but the whole vibe a bit awkward, even hard to explain. Food is ok but not something special, same for service.
