This might just be the best sushi I've ever had, got the Kae roll, it was the perfect blend of fresh Japanese roll w/ a little Latin flavor. The ají amarillo on the side was a nice touch. Just visiting for a conference but I'm gonna come back here next time I'm in the area for sure.

What a great sushi spot! The guava roll and the meat lover's roll we ordered were a fresh twist on sushi. Have never tastes anything like it before. The tuna tataki is a fantastic appetizer! It has a Smokey flavor, reminding me a little of prosciutto. The location is easy to get to, with plenty of parking. It was a bit loud inside at first, and because we were the only ones indoors, about four different hostesses were attending to us, asking for water and ginger and wasabi. Great service! Haha, but otherwise, the food is delicious, and I would recommend that any sushi lover give them a try.

Kae left me impressed! Sushi is sushi is kind of how I see it but not at this restaurant. You can see and taste the detailed deliciousness in the rolls at Kae. The fusion aspect is what drew me and every recommended roll/dish really impressed me. You MUST try the Salmon Sensation- it is exceptional. Service is wonderful. I loved this place!

Phenomenal food! I love how the owner has taken his skill and passion for sushi and the filter to another level! Being both mindful and playful, creatively weaving in flavors that excite your pallet! Wonderful staff, excellent service. I can't wait to go back!

Was a bit horrified. My husband and I have ordered from Kae Sushi in the past and not usually had issues, but last night, when we ordered the Prosciutto Roll, when my husband bit into it, he said to me; "am I crazy or is there plastic in here?" I examined what he was pulling out, each time he bit into the prosciutto / roll and indeed there was plastic in each roll . It appeared that the chef failed to remove the plastic wrapping from the prosciutto , before putting it in the roll. Not sure how a legitimate cook could have missed this. Either way, we were horrified at the negligence and lack of care. My husband has an airway/throat sensitivity already, so this was a huge liability on behalf of the restaurant, both to my husband And any other consumer who is eating this roll that they are not taking the simple care to ensure there is no plastic in. I hope this is not happening all the time, but even one time could be the last for the restaurant, if my husband had choked on this. Please take care of your food and the people you serve, Kae. It's your social responsibility to not cause harm!

We love this place! Excellent service and atmosphere! The Signature rolls are all amazing- our favorites are: Giralda, Honeymoon, Salmon Sensation, Miami and Meatlover Rolls. Best Sushi in town- hands down!!

DELICIOUS! Hidden gem on busy Giralda Ave. Cozy on the inside but there is outside seating also available. From the moment we sat down the staff were very prompt to serve us water and set the table. Our waiter was extremely patient with us and did not make us feel rushed to order. Everything on the menu sounds Devine so it was hard to choose. Good thing was all the rolls we ordered were outstanding. Love the fusion rolls they have. Hard to find great service AND great food but this place serves both.

Dishes were super tiny. Good though. Took out. The place was pretty empty although the rest of the places around there were packed.

This was an accidental discovery. I was headed to another restaurant with my mom and found this Venezuelan/sushi place; what a gem! We started with the tempura honey shrimp appetizer That had slices of almonds on the top. It was crunchy with just the right amount of sweetness. Then we had the "miami roll" which included plantains, avocado, raw tuna, and incredibly delicious sauces. For dessert the Thai donuts were not only delicious they were a work of art. Check out the picture. Our waiter, Carlos, was so kind, helpful and gracious! Looking forward to coming back!!

Really surprised by this place! It has a beautiful outdoors area and the food and service was amazing! By checking in with yelp, we got a free cruch salad - Which was actually one of my favorite things, super tasty and different! We also ordered fried rice sushi (which I hadnt tried before and was sooooo good), seaweed salad, gyozas and I ordered the JB Roll. Everything was delicious and the prices were prettu reasonable. I'll be back!

First time visiting this restaurant and it was very disappointing. The portions are way too small for the price, the staff seems lost or distracted. We got there and we had to wait 20 mins to get any attention from the server, we had to call him over and then he finally brought us our drinks. We ordered the traditional ceviche and for the $17, the proportions were appetizer sized. Usually for that price I can get twice or maybe three times the proportion size for ceviche. The ambience was nice, very clean and comfy atmosphere but the attention was not the best.
