Inspired Events - Catering and Event Planning

I cannot rave enough about Inspired Events and their entire team!!! We worked together for a little under 2 years leading up to our wedding day and from beginning to end, our day was executed with complete perfection. Everyone is so experienced, helpful, and professional, making your process seamless and as stress free as possible. Special shout out to Eli who was technically our wedding coordinator but I prefer to call her my fairy godmother! We couldn’t have done without her and the entire team.

Our wedding was May 4 2024 and we had our reception at the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami Beach! Inspired Events blew our expectations out of the water!!! Everything was perfect from the amazing food during cocktail hour to the delicious main course, even the cake was heavenly!! Our favorite appetizer was the chicken and waffles, so good. Maggy and Elizabeth did an amazing job with everything and took the time to answer any and all questions with a sense of warmth and professionalism that is unmatched.
Also the flowers matched our wedding colors beautifully and the centerpieces just gorgeous. The DJ was amazing and lively, everyone had such a fun time dancing the night away. If you live in South Florida and you have an important event give Inspired Events a call you won't regret it!!

Inspired events was a really easy all inclusive catering company to work with for our wedding. I'm not sure how they do it all, but I'm very glad they do. Our day of coordinator was Eli and she was the absolute best. She was kind, personable, professional and so attentive to us. Eli, if you're reading this, I can't thank you enough.

The food was very very very good! We did our tasting a year before the wedding and didn't do another one. We almost picked all the food blindly, but it was all so delicious. The presentation and quality of the food was superb. Guests approached us just to tell us how much they liked the food and the moscow mules!

Everyone at Inspired events, and those companies affiliated with them, really know what they are doing and they do it at a high level. We were so so impressed. Thank you for making our wedding so special, beautiful and SOO fun!

This was a dream wedding. Event factor DJ was ideal. Florals by gather and bloom were stunning.Elizabeth absolutely could not have been a better day of coordinator. I cannot thank her enough. I can't say thank you enough to Maggie, owner of Inspired Events. I was dealing with some major family issues during the planning process of my daughter's wedding and truly felt I had dropped the ball. Maggie assured me that everything would be perfect and it was! Not being from the area, I had no idea where to even start looking for a bakery, a florist, or even a makeup artist. Maggie was able to give me contacts and they all ended up being fabulous! Her coordinator, Ellie the day of the wedding was amazing! She kept our crazy crew all on track. Thank you again for making my daughter's wedding day perfect!

We were married on 12/17/23 at the Cruz Building and WOW.I don’t even know where to begin.Calling them a ‘vendor’ doesn’t even sound right.. We were treated like family.Our wedding was a dream & vision brought to life by Maggie and her team.Every single detail was brought to life and even better than we could have imagined.They are not only punctual but professional & detail oriented beyond words.No one ever pays attention to food.. EVERY SINGLE GUEST remembered their meals and one of their favorite parts were our late night snacks & the portion of their meals during dinner.The bar staff was incredible.. everyone had a great time and everyone had a great sense of humor and just treated us like FAMILY.

The guidance from Inspired Events was an absolute blessing during our wedding reception planning. Maggie is a very responsive and professional owner who is hands on with all of their events, and she has an amazing team who makes it all happen! We cannot say enough great things about Elizabeth as our day of producer. You will not be disappointed with Inspired Events!

I had my first consultation with inspired events. I actually spoke to Maggie the owner!! I was so impressed! She is genuine and so knowledgeable about the wedding industry. You can tell she has a passion for her job and wanting to help brides have their special day. I definitely encourage you to give them a call and you will find yourself in great hands!

Where to start? It was a remarkable experience for everyone, but specially for me. Maggie and her team are the Best! They were very helpful since day one. The food was A-MA-ZING! I got so many compliments from the guests; they loved the food, the decorations, they enjoyed everything. I want to give a big shoutout to Ely; she was a rockstar on my day! Once everything started to open back up all of the couples that had their weddings postponed were rescheduling along with all the new couples looking to start the process. Needless to say, the wedding industry was busy! Inspired Events was recommended to us through our venue The Cruz building. They offered an all-inclusive package which we loved because it gave us guidance on other vendors. Another thing I liked was that we didn't have to give our final headcount until 2 weeks before the wedding. This was wonderful because we had a few cancelations last minute and we didn't have to pay for them because it was before the final headcount date. Many catering companies do not do this. Because of the pandemic, they were going through some hiring issues (like the rest of the world) so we had 2 production coordinators that left early on. But then we were blessed with Ilse! She was so on top of everything. She really made me feel at ease with the whole process. The food was really fantastic - I made sure to take the time to eat because it was that good. It was unlike any wedding food I have ever experienced. Our table settings were stunning and just how I envisioned them. Elizabeth our day of production coordinator was very helpful and made sure things ran smoothly. At the end of the night, Elizabeth and her team helped pack everything up and made sure we left nothing behind. A wonderful place to have an intimate event. Hands down the best experience ever. The work of the staff, starting with the planning to the day of food, service and decor was passionately executed. Ultimately, our special day was unforgettable.
