I want to first thank Ricardo and Brandon for great customer service. Very professional. The sandwich...roast beef and cheddar,was hands down the best I've ever had! My wife got a tuna on toasted wheat with bacon lettuce tomatoe that she was absolutely impressed by. Very fresh ingredients and location was very clean. The whole wheat bread was very stale because they no longer keep in an airtight container, rather they leave out on the baking pans, maybe ok for rolls but not for sliced bread. Additionally our sandwiches were thrown together and sloppy with no care taken in constructing, even though we were the only people in the place. This location has gone way down hill I am sad to say.

I ordered a Turkey Tom, extra lettuce, no tomatoe, bacon, extra chicken, no mayo, add avocado. I received a regular turkey Tom, WITH tomatoes and NONE of the extras. Still charged full price. Very disappointing.

Bought a huge to go order 18 sandwiches. The sandwiches just had mumbers in them so my guests had to open up each sandwich to see if it was theirs. Not a big issue but it was inconvenient and messy.

Ordered tuna sub. Took 45+ minutes to get sandwich despite the fact weather was great and I'm only a couple of blocks away. Order also arrived without any of things I requested (eg mayo packets, oil & vinegar, etc). The tuna itself tasted a litle fishy also so wasn't as good as before

I will visit again for sure. The sandwiches are very delicious. So far I tried the Tuna sandwich.The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. The bread is awesome, it looks and tastes like home made!!! And the service is fast and friendly. I love the atmosphere, the music and all those wise quotes on the walls.

I decided to try jimmy John’s for the first time, everyone always raves about it. First experience, ordered online and picked up. Terrible, I paid for double roast beef and double turkey and didn’t get it. Was not going to walk back the mile to complain. The sandwhich was mediocre at beast, definitely just sticking to Publix, didn’t like the fact that they charged me an extra 4 dollars and didn’t even get what I ordered.
