Ordered tuna sub. Took 45+ minutes to get sandwich despite the fact weather was great and I'm only a couple of blocks away. Order also arrived without any of things I requested (eg mayo packets, oil & vinegar, etc). The tuna itself tasted a litle fishy also so wasn't as good as before

I will visit again for sure. The sandwiches are very delicious. So far I tried the Tuna sandwich.The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. The bread is awesome, it looks and tastes like home made!!! And the service is fast and friendly. I love the atmosphere, the music and all those wise quotes on the walls.

I decided to try jimmy John’s for the first time, everyone always raves about it. First experience, ordered online and picked up. Terrible, I paid for double roast beef and double turkey and didn’t get it. Was not going to walk back the mile to complain. The sandwhich was mediocre at beast, definitely just sticking to Publix, didn’t like the fact that they charged me an extra 4 dollars and didn’t even get what I ordered.

I'm sorry to give the one star review, but l feel like it will bring more attention to my comment.I fear for the safety of a current worker named Marco here due to a man that I can say is utterly obsessed with him and his girlfriend Crystal.His name is Bernardo C. Perez. I hope he is kept away from the vicinity at all times. He's dangerous.

I ordered a sandwich and it was never delivered. I called and they told me to call back in 10 minutes if I still didn’t receive it. I called back and the lady put me on the phone with the drive who basically accused me of lying that I didn’t have my sandwich claiming she delivered it. I told her I was standing outside my door and have been checking every few minutes and it’s not here and just hung up on me. I tried to call back and they screened my call and just let it ring and didn’t pick up. Horrible customer service. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Crystal and Melissa making great sandwiches and offering splendid service but dang it was too hot to dine in. Get the AC fixed and I’ll be dining in next time for sure.

This has to be the worst Jimmy John’s location I have ever seen. Never have I seen more disgusting bathrooms, and to no surprise the customer service was disgusting also. I have gone to this Jimmy Johns 4 times, and they don’t stop nagging you to get into their rewards program. I finally did it and the free sandwich that is promised on your birthday is a false promise. They will find ways to not deliver their promises. Don’t waste your money on these basic cookie cutter sandwiches when Panera, Publix, and any other sandwich shop within a 10 mile radius will do.
