I had a wonderful dining experience at this Spanish restaurant. The staff were exceptional — our waiter Orlando and waitress Yulie were attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The owner, a kind gentleman named Oscar, added a personal touch that made the visit feel warm and welcoming.
The food was fantastic! I tried the octopus and salmon and even the lamb chops, and all dishes were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Everything felt fresh and authentic, truly a delight for anyone who enjoys Spanish cuisine.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere!

We recently used La Taberna Giralda for catering and it was outstanding — the food was authentic and delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Their Coral Gables location is also amazing, with a warm atmosphere, flamenco dancing , and soccer events that make it such a lively spot. Highly recommend them both for catering and for dining in!

I went with my family for brunch today, super excited to try brunch menu! We ordered Sangria, croquetas and fried eggplant to start and all 5 of us were happy! Once our individual brunch orders started arriving so did the problems (bland, dry, a bowl of potatoes, tiny sandwich were some of the comments). My order did not arrive and was informed that french omelette was not available(this was over 45 minutes after ordering), when asked why was advised they had a shortage of eggs and advised to order something else. I ordered breakfast pizza, after another 45 minutes I was brought 3 pieces of bagette, each one either a slice of ham and a fried egg( clearly no shortage of eggs). When I inquired about salmorejo(tomato) sauce I was told the order didnt cone with sauce, once shown description on was advised they never did it as per menu but would accommodate me. At that point I cut my losses, cancelled my order and asked for bill. Bill came with 20%automatic gratuity added, although it clearly stated that was only for parties of 6 or more. We asked for a correct bill, paid and left. At no time were we offered an apology, not be cook, waitress or owner. We were made to feel like we were in the wrong, not even explanations offered. I would like to say restaurant was full but we were one of two tables in the 2 hours we were there. Let me wrap this up by saying I have never given a negative review, cancelled an order or left a restaurant without eating. Needless to say I will not be returning

We had an incredible experience at La Taberna Giralda. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The mariscos paella was absolutely delicious, flavorful and perfectly cooked. You could tell it was made with care.
The live flamenco performance was a standout. The singer’s voice was full of soul, and the dancer brought an incredible energy to the space. It felt like a little corner of Spain right in Coral Gables.
What really made the evening special was the hospitality. The owner and servers were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family.
Great food, amazing entertainment, and genuinely kind people. La Taberna Giralda is a must visit. We’ll definitely be back.

Came here for lunch and had an absolutely amazing time Albert the chef was outstanding we had a seafood paella that was to die for. Our server Giselle was so attentive absolutely no complaints. Also we were told Saturday nights they have a live show can’t wait to come back to see it.
