My boyfriend and I got two Poke bowls and two drinks for dinner. We went around 5pm on Sunday and the door was locked. An employee eventually came to open the door but the lights were off and it seemed like the air was off. I got Salmon in my bowl and the employee said there was no more for my boyfriend's bowl despite it looking like no one else had been in that day. They don't have avocado which I find odd for a Poke place and the toppings did not seem very fresh. Our food ended up being $60 which is pretty expensive for two bowls and two drinks. We will not being returning.

The food was good overall, however I believed just a tad over priced. The restaurant was a little dirty; for example the tables were sticky, and the floors didn't look clean. The restaurant was empty on a Friday evening. The waitress was nice, however didn't speak much English.

My pokebowl plus a can of soda was $30 (plus tip). I understand this is the Gables but it’s not worth it for the amount of food you get. They didn’t have masago and cilantro which I love on my Pokebowl. Their salmon was very small portion and you have to pay extra for it! Their rice was not sushi rice. It was very bland and not sticky at all. The service was okay but the girl didn’t know English. Overall very disappointed.

We stopped at this place for lunch while bike riding to try something new. It's a small, casual restaurant where you order at the counter. However, the prices were surprisingly high. Most of the bowls were over $20...They do have daily specials for $15.99, so hubby and I each ordered the Laki bowl, which was the Thursday special. What we didn't know is that the lady behind the counter didn't speak a word of English, so there was much confusion in trying to order! The steak was overcooked because she didn't know what "medium-rare" meant. However, she was very friendly (once I realized she didn't speak English, I spoke to her in Spanish) and the bowls were good. Not sure I would pay $22 for a bowl at such a casual lunch place, so probably won't be back...

Just ordered lunch for the office. $24 dollars each for the smallest bowl of food. The whole office was very disappointed, the amount of steak they provide are 5 tiny thin strips of skirt steak. Spent over $200 in total order. We get larger poke bowls from various amount of places in Brickell and Downtown.

Every single time I order from here. They CANCEL MY ORDER. Then when I call oh we’ll drivers aren’t delivering in your area. I literally live 0.7 miles away. What is this! This is ridiculous. Awful customer service.

I use to give this place 5 stars, but sadly can’t anymore. I was gone for a bit and returned to new owners, new menu(kinda, the descriptions are the same but you aren’t going to get what the menu says), bad menu design, and many of the prices have risen by about $3. I went in for a snack so I ordered my usually tuna tacos. The menu description is the same as it has always has been, but they decided to add coleslaw to it. It was no where near and improvement in my opinion. I’m giving it a 3 star and not less because they tried to recreate the original (the description of what is actually says on the menu). No where in the menu does it mention coleslaw. I also have to say I don’t like the new menu design. It was way better before. The menu/images on the TVs change and don’t let you see the whole menu. So you have to stand there waiting for the images to go back to the menu. To confuse you further, the pictures show items that aren’t on the menu. Like burgers. Not sure why they added burgers…. Or did they? I’m still not sure because they have pictures of burgers that aren’t written anywhere on the menu. Besides who eats burgers at a poke place? I hope they take this review into consideration as I use to be a huge fan of this place and now debating to never go back.
