We went and literally we were kicked off from.thenwaitress they wanted to leave and didn't want to serve any more very disappointed since I have been going to Los ranchos for very long time, also one of my friend asked for.one dish and he said no we don't have this dish finished and nobody was there

The food was good but very cold.We were a party of four and complained of how cold it was, we asked them to please turn up the temperature we were wearing coats but they ignore us. We have to go out to our cars to get coats. The people around us were shivering. It was disappointing 😞

Los ranchos used to be a place we would dream to go to whenever visiting home. Now, you can tell they're trying to cut corners to afford this coral Gables location. Restaurant is very over staffed, yo uhad to remind them to clear the plates off of the table before bringing new ones because there was no room for the new ones. Gallo pinto tastes like nothing. Churrasco is super tough. Queso frito still good. Bathroom trash in men's and women's bathroom overflowing with trash. The drain on the sink is missing. Chorizo in the appetizer cold, mariquita still good. Took them 20 minutes to greet us once we were seated.

We had our Christmas Party there and it was a blast the service and food were excellent and the atmosphere was very warm and welcome , churrasco was soft and tender and the chimichurri was on point.

We recently hosted our office Christmas dinner at Los Ranchos Steakhouse, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was outstanding everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The ambiance was warm and festive, and the drinks were just as amazing. A very special thanks to our servers, especially Douglas, who went above and beyond to make our evening truly unforgettable. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Their location is very convenient, and everything about the night turned out beautifully. I can’t recommend Los Ranchos Steakhouse enough for your next event you won’t be disappointed!

The steaks here have always been excellent especially the petit filet medallions. The mushroom sherry is a delicious accompaniment to the dish. The owner also took time out to chat with us and inquire about the quality of our dishes.

Los Ranchos has returned to the Gables with a modern look but still classic taste. Our server Peter was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was on point and food was delicious. Highly recommend, solid Nicaraguan steak.

Had dinner last night with my wife and her parents at the Coral Gables location, and the experience was really disappointing. After ordering a bottle of wine and starting to drink, we were told that the restaurant had run out of their most popular dish — the Churrasco Los Ranchos 12 oz.

The manager came over with some excuses and suggested we order the Churrasco El Presidente instead — which is smaller (8 oz) and $25 more expensive ($57). I’ve had it before and it’s definitely not worth the price.

We ended up spending close to $300, and despite the inconvenience, the manager didn’t offer to comp anything, adjust the price, or even offer a complimentary dessert. Really poor customer experience for a place that usually prides itself on quality and service.

I’ve been a fan of Los Ranchos for years, but this visit left me very disappointed. I hope management takes customer service more seriously in the future.

This is one of my favorite steakhouses I’ve ever eaten out. You can take their word for what they say about the menu items. The steak was incredible. Try the famous tres leches.

I dined in and the owner personally came over to recommend the best dish, which I appreciated. I asked if fries could be a side with the steak—he said yes. When I ordered fries from the server, my steak arrived with rice instead. I asked where the fries were, explained the owner had approved the swap, and the server said he’d check. Five minutes later, I was served a side of fries rice drenched in canola/vegetable oil. Actually, the whole plate tasted like Crisco.

I requested sour cream—charged $1.50 without warning. I was also charged $5.99 for the fries the owner had said I could have as my side. When I asked to speak to the manager, “Nay,” who could barely speak clear English, was dismissive, refused to adjust the bill, claimed fries are always separate, and wouldn’t even take my receipt or contact info—saying there was “nothing” she could do except “ask the owner.” Complicit and unprofessional “management”.

The communication failures, oily, bland food, and lack of basic service were bad enough. But the server then picked up my receipt while I was tipping to check the suggested tip percentages. Miami’s restaurant scene is already a joke, and now I see why this place has bad reviews.

Not a big selection menu but the Churrasco steaks are delicious also the platain tostones with different toppings. The atmosphere is very nice as well as the decor of the place.
