The search for mind-blowing Thai food in the greater Miami area continues. Lotus Garden is not bad; it's decent food. But it's not great. It's not someplace I would go to a second time. I realize that the Miami area is predominantly Latin/Hispanic, but a person would still think that phenomenal Thai food in a city this size would not be hard to find. No doubt there is some exceptionally delicious Thai food somewhere around here, but I have not found it yet. I always go with some sort of fried rice for my first visit to any Thai restaurant, and this was no exception. I would have preferred pineapple fried rice, but that was not an option. So I went with regular old pork fried rice. The list of ingredients was rather sparse, and the flavor was just OK. It needed a good bit of Sriracha sauce and pepper powder to liven it up. On the bright side, the staff was very pleasant; no complaints about them.

Solid food, great prices & super friendly staff. Located in the heart of Coral Gables but without snooty-ness. Great place to have a low key dinner, celebrate a birthday or get together with old friends to catch up. Easy to find parking and in an ideal location to walk off your meal.

During my initial visit to Lotus Garden for lunch, I opted for the vegetable pad Thai, and it was incredibly delicious. The flavors were rich, and the portion size struck a perfect balance--satisfying yet leaving me craving more due to its exceptional taste. The service was prompt and excellent, and the pricing was reasonable. I'm definitely planning to return!

Nike said it best-JUST DO IT. EAT HERE! EAT HERE! EAT HERE!!!! The food is exceptional. Everything I need the menu is made fresh to order - can I repeat - fresh to order !! What a rarity !!! And by the way- you can absolutely taste it in every sensational bite. I personally had their ginger salad which- by the way was a phenomenal homemade dressing. We also ordered Steamed dumplings which melted in your mouth. The pad Thai is so flavorful and fresh. I invite you to come try it. I cannot say more amazing things about this restaurant- but I will...:) Beyond the food, the service was absolutely amazing. The owner catered to our every need and even asked about our likes and dislikes to develop our choices per course. Oh, and by the way, I forgot to mention the soup come back and try them all because that's exactly what I'm going to do!!--because the one I ordered was absolutely fantastic. If you don't come here, at least once you've missed out on having a delectable meal in your life. You're going to feel like family from the moment you walk in. I close with my beginning. JUST DO IT. You will not be disappointed ;)

Every time we come I mean to write a glowing review. They have the most consistently truly delicious food. Flavorful in a way that will make you only want to eat here for Thai food. It’s been around now for two generations of owners and has never failed to delight my entire family, also for generations. It’s a gem.Vegetarian options: THE BEST TOFU IN MIAMI. Hands down.
The prices are quite great considering the area, that is saying something when the food is also quite good. Thai spicy dishes are amongst my favorite.

I have always walked by this place but did not realize this was thai food up until recently. I came here to enjoy their lunch specials, which was actually so delicious. With inflation the way it is in 2023, the prices are higher than what I was expecting based on menu prices, but overall I still think this was a good deal as all entrees come with a salad. The peanut salad was small but very yummy, and I am glad they had that as an option in addition to the ginger salad. I ordered a curry which was absolutely so delicious, perfect spice, and perfect crunch to the vegetables. Service was good. The place is a bit outdated, but I don't care as they are serving the BEST thai food on Miracle Mile
