I was expecting something really delicious and special, but the flavors were pretty flat, nothing out of the ordinary. The only thing I really loved was the tiramisu, but I wouldn't go back just for that.

As we were without reservations, we were seated at the bar. What a turn of events and absolute treat this turned out to be! This was quite literally a chef's table experience!
The staff here is just so kind, warm and inviting - they most certainly hotel right here. We were literally showered in warm hospitality!
Non-alcoholic drinks were made to my imagination and the pasta was so, so comforting and good! As a finer dining sister restaurant to the wonderful Eating House, we should have expected nothing less!

From the start of the experience to the end, it was delightful. I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and intimate setting. Now, on to the food my favorite part! I decided to order The Brown Butter Gnocchi. Before I delve into this dish, I have to say lactose intolerant beware it's a creamy dream. I kid you not at first glance this dish looks very coy and unassuming. But man, was I surprised velvety, pillowly, rich and smooth with hits of smoky butter. The use of the butter really just dances with the creamy pool of sauce so wonderfully that the gnocchi feels tender pillows that melt away in every bite. Well, I feel like I just described a bed, and you know what, it was just as cozy as one. If you enjoy italian food or food in general, you've got to check them out.

Went for a date night. The service was very good. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. The drinks were incredible… and strong! The food was very good as well. Our favorite was the patate frit and the pesto dish. We also had the panna cotta which was perfect. The almond cookies that came with the dessert were outstanding!

I was waiting for 1hr for a table that was reserved but empty. Actually I could count 9 tables empty for 1 whole hr but they preferred to keep waiting. The manager just told me that that is the way they work. So they prefer an empty table to a customer with no reservations. I guess their pocket is not affected by that. Also I have to mention that they look down on people. For sure not going back. Coral gables has plenty of places to eat at.
Do NOT go if you have food sensitivities or allergies. My mom booked on resy of which when you do it asks for any allergies, sensitivities etc. She listed them as I have endometriosis stage 4 and food is my ultimate trigger. Could they not have made the modifications to anything we would have done to our regular Italian restaurant- but my dad wanted a place he could walk to as he just got out of the hospital and this was one place he could walk to. Long story short the only thing that I could eat was a plate of tomatoes as what they offered (cooked fish and carrots or raw tuna with cheese) are both absolutely unappetizing to me. Very disappointed and would never return. Awful experience. Completely ruined the birthday.

Please is snobby and understaffed. We called first and then showed up for a table of 2. They said they had a wait of 45 minutes which was fine and we went to head to the bar and the hostess jumped in front of of and stopped us from entering the establishment despite their being empty seats at the bar.
She said we can’t even have a drink at the bar while we wait for our table because those were also reservation only.
I’ve never been to a restaurant that didn’t let you wait and drink at the bar while you wait for your table so it was very odd but more annoying was how she jumped in front of us entering to stop us front walking into the business like we were homeless people going in only to use the bathroom rather than a couple dresses well that just made a reservation and were willing to wait and spend more money waiting at the bar getting cocktails.
Very odd unwelcoming vibes and rude treatment so we left and went next door instead to a great restaurant where we felt welcomed. Oh and this place had about 6-7 empty tables outside in addition to the spots at the bar we tried to sit to have a drink at so they are either understaffed or extremely disorganized. Wouldn’t go back after how we were treated.

Gabriel was outstanding! It was our first time at Luca Osteria. We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday she had seen the restaurant on tik tok. It did not disappoint. Service was great, food was delicious. Definitely recommend the potatoes that have this truffle sauce. The short rib bolognese delicious so was my daughters cacioe pepe.

I don't recommend it, too expensive for the quality of the food and the uncomfortableness of the place and the tables, plus they put a time limit on eating, we wanted to continue eating and they literally kicked us out because they have a time limit for tables, how horrible to have to eat in a hurry and also super expensive. If I'm going to spend money at your restaurant, don't pressure me and let me eat at my own time without rushing.
