Amazingly fresh baked goods and one of the best coffee spots in Miami. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Faves include taking home a whole chocolate babka, the onion poppy seed rolls, the egg sandwich, and croissants.

The pastries are to die for, and the price is decent. Pretty busy in the morning, be prepared to face a fast queue.

Nothing can go wrong here if you appreciate breakfast, brunch and bakery food. Laidback, cool atmosphere, amazing food (highlights are their BLT and cheesecake) and attentive and fast service. Always busy during the mornings, but you can usually find a table to eat peacefully. Enjoy a short walk to the nearby park for a quick a picnic.

Madruga Bakery is super delicious! Small indoor and small outdoor area, but lovely for what it is.
Vegetarian options: Any sandwich can have things removed. I.e. one family member is vegan and enjoyed Garbanzo & Harissa sandwich. My usual go-to is eggplant veggie and cheese sandwich. She could have easily eaten this sans the cheese. Just ask and they'll help. The fresh squeezed OJ is wonderful too.
Kid-friendliness: Kids abound and all seem happy

Great place! The baked goods are delicious! My favorites are the salmon quiche, croissants and the crusty breads made from organic millet flour. It gets crowded because everything is tasty. Check it out!

My new favorite bakery in Miami. This is a place for people who love real and good bread. The use of freshly milled whole wheat in all of their recipes is a game-changer 🤎 Croissants are delicious and unique 🥐 coffee is excellent too.

I always enjoy my visits to Madruga Bakery because of Mensur. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. His positive energy makes the bakery feel welcoming and I appreciate his great recommendations. I always leave with a smile and can’t resist returning for more delicious treats.

Way too overpriced. Very little space. Tables are crowded.
I was planning to buy items for 20 employees for a breakfast celebration and arrived at Madruga Bakery at 7:45 AM, just 15 minutes before they opened. I missed the sign, but the door was open, so I entered the bakery. As I was getting ready to place my order, the manager rudely told me they were closed. I understood and was ready to wait the 15 minutes until they opened, but instead of politely asking me to wait, he yelled at me to step out and make sure I read the sign next time. This bakery is very close to my home, and I regularly place large breakfast orders for my office. They just lost a loyal potential customer. I’m not planning to stop there again. What a terrible way to treat a customer.

Food is always very good here. Chicken salad sandwich is small, but, hearty. Bread is excellent, brownies delicious and banana bread are fantastic and high quality. Seating is limited so if you plan to eat inside get there on early side to snag table. Take out is my preferred way of dining at this establishment.

I have been on a coffee and bakery quest in Miami, and as far as Madruga bakery goes. It is AVERAGE by every metric, The bakery as of quality of goods is good, nothing special, cafe is not impressive even though they like it emphasize that it is speciality coffee, I always get watery ice americanos that lack flavor.
The Bakery/Cafe, has no Wifi, which makes it very inconvenient for those looking to sit and work, and as far as customer service goes, they close on Mondays and Tuesdays as well, and have no AC plugs on the interior for charging even your phone.
Thats why it gets a solid 5/10 in my expert opinion.
