We had an absolutely amazing dinner here. Unassuming, intimate restaurant that easily accommodated our party of five. I asked for the vegan box listed on the menu, but was told they did not have all the ingredients to make the usual dishes, so the chef Kevin created a menu just for me. He was so creative, inventive, and excited about every dish he brought out of the kitchen, and each one was more delicious than the last. I am technically pescatarian, so a few of the dishes had fish sauce, but he would have easily accommodated me with a vegan or vegetarian menu as well. It was honestly one of the most incredible dining experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Miami/ Coral Gables area.

From the Owner to the staff everyone is just amazing and accommodating. The food is spectacular. This is now my new favorite Japanese Restaurant. The scallop ceviche with roasted edamame puree is heavenly. The pork belly and chicken skewers are so good. The sushi so fresh and delicious.

I found this place on Instagram. I was visiting from out of town and made it a point to come before I left. It was everything I wanted in their theme: Japanese Tapas. I got the premium lunch box and flavors were perfect. Freshness of fish was there. Ton of food. Very reasonable prices for Miami area. Intimate size space where you don’t feel like you get lost in the mix. Come here for a good time with good food.

What I loved was that it was quaint just like any restaurant we visited in Japan and each and every dish we had was incredible. We loved that they blended Japanese and Vietnamese and we loved all the options we had to choose from! I want to go back again to tackle the other half of the menu!

We've been here twice and both times service was excellent. We had the privilege of meeting the Chef both times and he is an absolute gem. His talent to mix flavors is remarkable. There's not a dish our group has had that we were disappointed by. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of what we had, as they were off menu creations. Which is why I mention his ability to mix flavors perfectly, he made sure to ask our table about our allergies to cater to us individually. Don't let my lack of memory keep you from trying out this incredible hole on the wall! Trust me that everything goes into the service and quality of your experience.
