Ordered the street corn and there was more cheese than corn. Could not eat it and had to throw it out.

Every time I go they never want to serve the mango slices. They only do chunks. They always close the slice machine 2 hrs before they close. It’s disappointing.
For a long time I have been a satisfied costumer of Mango Biche in all its locations. Especially the locations at the Miracle Mile Plaza in Coral Way and Dadeland Mall where I am attended by Yanina. She prepares the most delicious mangos and is always nice with customers. Every time I go to Dadeland I stopped by the Mango Biche stand to get the best mango from Yanina.
Today I went to Dadeland mall to go buy some mangos to eat, then I waited for them to charge me for the mangos and I put my card back in my wallet then I left my wallet on the counter and left it there and I went to go walk around with my son then I remembered I left it where I got the mangos and asked them if they saw it or they had it and they said no with a bad attitude and then I asked if they can check the cameras for me and kept saying now and stoping me fort trying to find my wallet I’m never going to buy anything from there again.
Very sad about this visit! I always love going to these points of sale because they have excellent service and yesterday I was very discouraged, one of the girls treated me terribly! She wasn't Latina, she seemed to be North American and I asked her to put condensed milk on my mango (which is one of the main ingredients for me and one of the biggest reasons why I buy it) and she just shrugged her shoulders and told me. He said well, a month ago there's nothing else he wants, to which I responded well, I love condensed milk and it's the main reason why I buy it and he tells me well well there's nothing then! What else do you want! But in a very heavy attitude... I asked for cinnamon and they didn't have it either... And he tells me well, if it's not more it's 7 dollars, I was very very discouraged and with 0 desire to return to mango biche mia at Aventura Mall! Never!!!! I'd rather take the trip to sawgrass
Unripe, lacking flavor, difficult to eat because it was so under ripe.

We always enjoy eating mangos from the different locations, but we visited today around 5PM and did not have a good experience. The person preparing the mangoes was in a poor mood apparently, he was not friendly at all and got annoyed when we asked him to remove the bad parts from the Mango (black pieces, and seed pieces which our kids could not bite). We even found a bug in our mangoes. Do not recommend this location.
Let me tell you the Mango was delicious but the service not good at all, rude, the employee was upset because my friend and I were different bills and he gave us attitude because we didn’t tell him what we wanted it at the same time. The taste can be amazing but without customer service, the taste becomes not important.

Today Sunday 10/11/20At one of your locations in Ontario, California one of your employees was very disrespectful. The situation started when I approached said employee and asked him to please change his gloves. The reason being, he shock hands with a couple of buddy's of his. When they ended their conversation I thought he was going to change his glove; he didn't. He proceeded about his business he pulled his pants up and started to handle the fruit with the same gloves.I got out of line to the store I was waiting to go in to. I was very polite and asked him to please change the glove for he was violating health codes. He proceeded to have an agitated attitude toward my suggesting and started to curse and call me names in front of passing customers. I did tell him that if his pants were falling then he should be wearing a belt. There was no need for him to act this way. They might want to train their drivers how to respect other drivers. They are not above the law.
Poor customer service ive been wanting mango all week from here and when i come my mom asks for 2 large mango but she has it prepared poorly and half of the cup and puts 2 melons when i clearly say 1 and she is 100% focused on her mysic with the airpod and my mom had to order 2 mango which she again filled it half and it was melted again the mango is amazing but the people working there are horrible i dont think ill ever go there again if that lady is there. It was in garden state mall
Stoped by often, even sent over some of my clients to the boca location but this particular day customer service was of, didn't think much of it till an employee starting his shift did not wash his hands before touching the mangos I ordered I walked away and will never return
