Mariposa

Service is always great and the consistency of the dishes is appreciated. The crab cakes and the Mandarin salad are always perfect!

I have eaten here for well over a decade. I would have to look but probably two. I have never had a bad meal or bad service. My mom and I ate here last minute on New Year's Day this year when we walked out of the Biltmore after waiting 30 minutes for water. It was the perfect way to start the year- great food, service, and company!

Jose was great, but the crowd, and sometimes noise + wait, etc. made it hard to believe that $85 for lunch was justified.

We had a wonderful lunch with a close friend. The food was very good and the service matched that. For a restaurant in a store in the mall, it was excellent. We will definitely go back. 

We've been eating at this restaurant for over 10 years I want to say and we've never had an issue with the food quality, except this past time. Our salmon tacos tasted a little bit frozen and came out to burnt. This is all just constructive because we love this restaurant, so much. 

As usual, Mariposa's broth is a great way to start lunch...delicious. The chicken salad is always a consistent dish. This time, I ordered the Blackened salmon tacos...cooked perfectly. Loved it! Mariposa is a tradition in our family...special place!

We were a large group with small children. Our server, Juana was exceptional. She was so friendly, accommodating and professional. She made our visit very special!

My favorite Restaurant for lunch! Always excellent! The food is delicious and the service is great!

They burned my food and served it just like that. I sent it back, they were nice about it but when they served it again (I waited another half an hour) they forgot my request about having sauce on the side.

We eat here often - my adult son ordered the lobster bisque as usual and ended up just sending it back - it looked "curdled" from the moment they delivered it; nothing like it normally looks like - took a couple of spoonfuls and I told him it was not worth getting sick over. Our lovely waitress removed it from the bill. I order a special wrap which was "OK" and my son ordered the citrus shrimp salad which I must say was a plate full of arugula! This is our "go to" spot when at Merrick Park and to say I was a little disappointed this time was a little bit of an understatement. I don't mind paying for good food, but I believe that the quality and quantity of the food have been slowly trending in the wrong direction lately. Tracey Cohen

I eat at Mariposa very often and yesterday I had one of the Best service thanks to Tim. He was very professional and attentive. Food was good

We loved our meal that included the warm grain bowl, it was amazing! We ordered one to go for our daughter and it was totally different. It was super salty and oily. Very opposite from the one that I had in the store.

Alejandro was a great server and attended with much kindness!!

My shrimp salad was very simple, three shrimps and greens, that's all. It was way overpriced. Everything else was fine.
