Awesome spot for amazing food and warm friendly staff. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and offered mostly take out items but did have outdoor seating if you planned to eat there. We were greeted by Jose who offered us a shot of his new years lentil soup which was so flavorful! He has been there 13 years and with us being new to the area he had offered us sights to see and places to go. So sweet! We ordered the specialty breakfast sandwich with eggs, turkey, ham and cheese on a baguette and a strawberry banana smoothie. Both were very tasty! Before we left Jose offered us a shot of Columbian coffee, bold and good. Overall a wonderful experience and a must go to for anyone staying in the area!

Stopped in this morning to grab breakfast for myself and my family while visiting the area before our cruise, and I’m so glad I did! I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome from the owner. The menu had a great selection of simple yet delicious breakfast options and fresh baked goods. I had the Morning Meditation juice and the Western omelette—both were reasonably priced and perfectly portioned. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. It was the perfect way to start the morning!

Don’t miss this (nearly hidden) gem. Nestled on the DOUGLAS ROAD side of the building (see photos), you can hop up to the terrace (where there are outdoor dining tables) from the northern edge of 1 Alhambra Place. There is also an entrance from the lobby.Although most patrons seemed to be regulars, this newbie was treated like a long-lost friend. A very nice Western Omelet and a large Cafe con Leche made a great start to my day.
Parking: Steer parking (pay by phone or at kiosk) is available on Alhambra.
Kid-friendliness: There’s room for your stroller and children on the terrace.
