Very good cupcakes; however, while my wife was in the store, the car was booted, and a security guard accused her of not being in the store and calling the police if she had any questions. It is unacceptable for a customer to go through this situation while buying at the store.

I have purchased cupcakes and cakes from Misha’s for over 10 years and will not be returning to them as a customer after my recent poor experience with them for my own birthday cake. They burnt it and refused to admit it, they loaded it up with icing (like 1/3 of the cake) and when I jumped through all of their hoops and sent in pictures, and even told them about my family’s remarks about the cake not being good, they made me wait about a week to get a response from “the bakery” and basically said it’s not burnt, they use that much icing now, and offered absolutely nothing for the cake we all hated. Very done with this company and its products, step up your game and stop churning out overpriced, subpar, frozen (& burnt) cakes that are mostly icing, Misha’s. ? In 10 years I’ve never complained to them and when the quality is actually so poor that I said something about my own birthday cake, they just pushed back. Do not buy from them. Low quality cakes with low integrity.

I am an avid Misha’s cupcakes dulce de lever cake customer. I went in today for my fourth slice of cake in 2 months and unfortunately this cake was bad. It had a burnt horrible taste with other notes of just foul! I was disappointed and even more disappointed when I called and they did nothing to make it up to me. Don’t know if I’d go back now. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended.

Cake orders need to be 48 hours in advance. A company that only bakes cakes needs 48 hours to bake a 6-person cake. ???
Simple cake decoration for the price. Ordered on line and paid for cake and asked to write a Happy Birthday. Got to the store and they didn’t have my order , told me they don’t write Happy Birthday and no decorations. I don’t think it’s worth 60+ dollars .

Stay Away! This tiny mall is a trap. They put a boot on my car 2 min after arriving. They are just parked on the corner like vampires booting anyone and everyone to rob you $65 with no excuses, explanations or anything. When complained the booting guy came and started cursing at me threatening that hell leave the premises and I'll have to call back and wait whatever time they would take to come back take the boot. There are many other bakeries 1 block away where you don't get exposed to these vampires. Go to Moi Homemade Bakery, DB Bakers or Pinecrest Bakery 1 block away instead and get quality products and no hassle on your day.
Parking: This mall is a Boot trap. They will steal $65, 90% guaranteed.
