Terrible service. Bad cupcakes. Unfriendly cashiers and unhelpful managers. Very disappointed. Dirty look store front tooo. Do not recommend! I’d give it zero starts if I could!

The cupcakes are still good; however, I don't like the new concept at all. I came in to get a gift and you can no longer pick what you want on a whim, you need to order it for next week. Also, they are phasing humans out and you can only purchase through a machine to get pre-packaged cupcakes/cake that were made god knows when. This is not a good move for Mischa's and I'll be finding another local bakery who wants to still connect to their community and employ humans for interaction.

I love the new concept at Misha's Cupcakes on Aragon Ave in Coral Gables. It's like you're walking in to her personal kitchen. It's a bit different than the other stores, but still super cool. They have two fridges stocked with product at all time. You tap or insert your card and the fridges unlock. You can grab from either cupcakes, cake slices, cake in the jars or full cakes.

If you want cupcakes Mishas is your top choice ! I wanted to bring some cupcakes to work and went with Mishas. Their cupcakes are perfect just the right bite size. I had a variety . My coworkers loved them. Their frosting is not too much sweetness. Parking is street parking. I recommend this spot ! The perfect cupcakes. A Must try b

i ordered a cake for my friend's 40th birthday. I don't think i have to go into detail much about the quality of cake I received if you look at the picture. I even received a call from Misha's confirming my order and I specifically explained that her favorite color was red. I received a cake with some weird pink writing on it. Here is an FYI. They have a work around for delivery orders where if the cake leaves the store they will refuse a refund for the order regarless of the dissatisfaction. So as you can see, they did not put much effort into the cake because they would get paid either way. The cake was sloppy, it appeared stale, horrible design and also was not a cookies and cream base as I requested. I was so disappointed that I had to do a rush order at NOTHING BUNDT CAKES. Thankfully, they were able to accomodate me. I WILL NOT GIVE ANY MORE MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS REGARDLESS OF THE LOCATION. Very poor business ethic, I trusted them with a very important event and received a far below quality product. I suffered a loss of nearly $80, so disappointing to the point I feel defrauded.

My daughter's wanted a cookie cake for her 9th birthday so I decided to go with Misha's Cupcakes. So I purchased on the 14 inch cookie cake that was 59.00 Sad to say I was very disappointed. If you ever baked cookies and left them out for a few days that's what my daughter's cake tasted stale & old,not to mention it had some sort of lent on it,not sure if it came from the cake not being covered of what,but to say the less I was very unhappy with it the cookie cake.
Came in to grab cupcakes for a colleague and we were served by Angelica. She was very helpful in selecting the cupcakes. She even circled each one that was in the package so it would be easier for the group to select and enjoy. I highly recommend this location because of the service, selection, and staff. Would 100% recommend.

Misha's is our place to come to when we want a sweet tooth and also celebrate a birthday. Not only are they delicious but small enough for every one. The service is great and they are quick to serve. The ambiance is always quiet and we are first to be served by Angelica (this time) and she is very sweet and attentive. Great place to come to if you're in the gables.
