Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Worst cappuccino taste and service in Miami.
After ordering my medium size cappuccino and receiving a lot of milk and a very small shot of expresso in it, I returned to the counter to request an extra shot of expresso, the barista, a very rude African American lady with very little customer service common sense, answered that I should pay for an extra shot and that I would have to stand in line again, the line had about 10 people waiting to be assisted, I asked her to help me with my request and she answered that she was very busy, logically I couldn't get back in line and stand there for another 20 mins when my friend was alone at the table waiting for me, and we didn't have that much time to spare.
Sadly I couldn't drink that hot milk with little taste of coffee, In conclusion I will never come back to this place neither my friend. I do not recommend this location.

Usually my first AM stop. They are always attentive. Their iced lavender chai lattes are the best in town. Love that they sell the powder to make at home.

Ordered a latte and they over steamed the milk. The milk taste burnt. Would not recommend, so much for artisan coffee.

Every time I come in and order the same drink , there is one worker who has gone above and beyond to make sure i am happy with my drink and how it came out. He is very patient & understanding even when my drink is a bit complicated and im always very greatful. Danny is his name , if you want a good coffee go in and ask for him or tyler !! tyler is also awesome !

Shout out to Gaby Natasha Sergio (sorry if I spelled anyone’s name wrong) thank you for making my day with your professionalism and hospitality. I also want to shoutout Yanette who is always so cheerful and welcomes all her guests with a smile and remembers everyone’s name. Besides the amazing coffee and food the baristas always make my experience enjoyable and all deserve a raise!

I bought The ice caramel macchiato and it was a fiasco! They charged me $7.56 plus tips for watery drink… the add $1 because I asked for oat milk! I definitely do not recommend! The place looks like a cheap Starbucks!

I love coming to this ebar! The baristas are all super helpful and kind. Tyler once helped me pick out a smoothie and it’s since become my favorite (peanut butter protein!). Stop by if you’re near and want coffee, you won’t regret it!
