I went to the U and ordered lunch. I ordered the eggplant and tofu, which I haven't seen on the in town stores. I also ordered a pepper steak and a sweet fire chicken beast entree. This was a three entree plate. I also ordered a chicken egg roll and a water. I ordered the vegetables as usual. Overall good
The food selection and quality is on par with other Panda ? Express restaurants. While the food is “fast food” quality, I do like the orange chicken at PE more than some other Chinese restaurants. It is in a food court on the main campus of University of Miami, so there is plenty of seating - cafeteria style.
Quick service, and the prices aren't bad. I'm not a real fan of the fried rice (but I haven't found anywhere else that is much better), but the rest of the food is exactly what you'd expect. I haven't tried anything here that I was disappointed in.
