Ordered lunch for an office meeting - 4 sandwiches directly from Panera web site. One sandwich was missing. Called to inquire and was told that it would immediately be delivered with some extra sweet treats for the inconvenience. 30+ minutes later we receive a text that the Order had been personally delivered to the individual that ordered. NEVER HAPPENED! Spoke with Lindsey "the manager" who after having to explain it to her several times, was content on blaming Door Dash. Sorry Lindsey, we didnt place our order with Door Dash. Good thing we have multiple options to order from as Panera will no longer be one of them.

Great cozy place. Young staff are inexperienced but at times the customer service is okay. Last time they didn't heat up or cut my bagel. The bagel was stale and hard.

So disappointed to see such a name like Panera Bread on miracle mile not keep up the cleaning standard of the restaurant. From the start the cups were completely empty for self service. Then only one person at register helping a person that took nearly 10 minutes to order and did not ask for backup help. Then food became ready and had to wait with person yelling from back that it was ready....okay we know...but where's the help in the front or better yet..why are the cups not stocked? Then we are eating and a guy that doesn't look like an employee, but later found out he was using his hands to wipe dishes off from people who ate and stacking dishes. Don't see him wash hands and he's up around the prepared food. If that's what I just ate, it's disgusting. The dining area had dirty tables. The bathrooms smell like urine. This establishment needs a major cleaning and update to maintain the miracle mile presence. It was quite upsetting to say the least. The sandwiches looked thrown together. The chicken noodle soup was basically broth. So overall for the money....not very happy. Just not the visit I would expect in the miracle mile of Coral Gables. There are a lot of great locations on miracle mile. I would choose another in the future.

Where to start ! Coffee was lukewarm, they were out of most bagels there were no Asiago and the bins were almost empty. There was no sausage only had bacon available for breakfast. In the bakery section there was hardly any choices and no cheese danish. The quick pick up in the back took 15 minutes for one person simple order. This place has never had proper management. It is a disaster.
I love their coffee and chipotle chicken avocado sandwiches ❤️

Poor service. Expresso was cold, capresse sandwich was kust arugula with bread. I ordered 2 You pick 2 and was charged for two full sandwiches and 2 soups, of course, when I noticed the mistake when receiving the food was too late and couldn't be bothered at this point to return it and request a refund.Sadly, this place has deteriorated immensely.

I was in town working and I really enjoyed taking my breaks at this Panera Bread. The delivery guys are good folks (hi Hans!), the workers are kind, and the regulars in Coral Gables are a really great little community. It felt safe, had nice air conditioning, and clean bathrooms.The Americana was perfect, their bread and desserts are so yummy. The salads, the grilled cheese, and the soups were delicious, Thanks for making my stay in Miami so enjoyable!

I ordered pizza for my kids online to pick up. In the box under pizza was so many red small ants. Yuk! Do not recommend to eat there! Or check your food always!
