The pizza is gross. Usually undercooked, little sauce. Sometimes over cooked. Like its the worst papa johns i have ever had in my life to be honest. I order from here pretty often. Not anymore, tho. I am done. They need to do better in this establishment.

I ended up calling the police because of the bad service and how verbally and physically aggressive they were. I called to place an order and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called again and they put me on hold again, this time for more than 30 minutes. I head towards the place to place the order thinking that it was because they did not know Spanish and when the person who was working arrived he was doing absolutely nothing and spoke both languages perfectly I told him to place my order and in a very bad way he told me im sorry now I can't have many orders and I say ok but He takes my order and he tells me I'm not going to take anything from you I say ok I want to talk to your manager and he closes the window in my face and it turns out that the manager was 0 for this place they should have changed staff already how is it possible that Allow this treatment towards clients and continue working as if nothing had happened 👎

Raw dough :( My pizzas were raw cold soggy white dough. Was not cooked can't eat it :( waste of my money and time
Ok, I come to this establishment to spend my money because we have always liked Papa Johns pizza and supposedly they are open until three and when you want to enter they don't let you in and they serve you from a window and you have to ask for your order from outside on top of that They treat you as if you were a dog, they don't even let you enter even if you have a bench to sit on to wait for your order. Inside, I would have given my life for something to happen to me or my family outside waiting for the order or they would rob us or a car would deviate and accident to one of us so that they could see the great demand that we were going to put on the establishment to the chain and the workers because going to consume and spend our money and being left out as a customer is very, very Badly, at least me and my family will not return again and I hope someone from the management sees my review and does something because how are they going to leave someone standing outside and the room inside empty when it was barely 9:45 at night in Miami? Workers increasingly believe they are the owners of the establishments. I understand that they are taking care of crime, but so are we and we are the clients. If they do not want to deal with the danger of working at night, they should change jobs.

Visited at 10pm to get pizza, garlic knots and brownies as takeout. There was no queue, the guy was very friendly. Preparation was fast. Prices are good. And it was quite tasty.
