Food was delicious, and our server Rolando was very attentive. Nice to come back to the new iteration of a beloved restaurant and be satisfied with it.

I hadn't been to this location in YEARS! Hadn't ever visited after change of ownership, so this was the first time with new owners. Service was a bit slow & the air was FREEZING, but the staff did warm it up a bit. Food did not disappoint. It was absolutely 5 star! Way better than all the gimmicky restaurants in South Beach or Brickell. If you want less fusion & more authentic, this is the place to eat.

Dinner was delicious but portions were a bit on the small side. Miami Spice menu was only offered after we asked for them. We would go back for another experience.

Excelente comida y la atención de Don Juan Carlos hizo que nuestra primera vez en su rest.fuera maravillosa pasamos una gran velada junto amigos. 100% recomendados

outstanding place for businesss lunch, event or just meeting with friends and family The combination of french and spanish cuisine is very well executed. Pastor seems to be bringing in some excellent new dishes to the menu and those I have tried do not envy any quality restaurant in Madrid or Paris Congratulations

Excellent food, service, ambiance. But we we went a party of four for the $35 Miami spice special lunch, stuck with menu and each had a cup of house wine and ended up with $300 bill. ????

No front-of-house, no welcome, no sense of hospitality. Wine glasses sat empty, apps came out one at a time like we were on some sort of tasting scavenger hunt. Then they tell us one of the Miami Spice items isn't available and suggest a “substitute” — which turns out to be 20% more... without saying a word about the upcharge. Feels less like dinner, more like a hustle. Miami has way too many great restaurants to waste a night here.

The food was tasty but it took the appetizers over an hour to serve and they arrived at the table cold The service was horrendous We had reservations at 7:30pm and were served dinner close to 9:00pm also cold For what they charge you would expect much better food and service Not worth it!!!!!!!

The first sign something was off was that, upon arrival at the designated time for our reservation, nobody was at the front to greet us. Someone did come up quickly and, instead of escorting us to our table, simply pointed to it and said, “that's your table over there, the second one.” The next sign something was off when there was no sommelier or anyone with any knowledge of their wine list. That being said, the wine list was exorbitantly overpriced. Not sure why we continue to stand for paying a 300% margin on liquor in restaurants in Miami. The Miami Spice menu was very good and had ample servings for each dish. However, the correlation to what they actually charge for the same dishes on the à la carte menu will preclude me from going back during non-Miami Spice months. The waitstaff was nice and cordial, but as with almost all waitstaff in Miami, the service was subpar for a restaurant that wants to be considered high end in Coral Gables. This restaurant in Spain would not survive with these deficiencies.

Beautiful restaurant. Everything was delicious... escargot, croquettes, lamb chops, duck confit, and especially the oxtail was outstanding! And grand mariner soufflé was incredible!!!

We were exited to try Pasqual on Ponce. The croquetas de jamón serrano and the gruyere soufflé were excellent! We had the Bacalao, Salmon and Grouper all were so delicious. The service was efficient and the only complaint was server pushing a soufflé dessert before we even received our starters! Overall excellent!

Each menu item is meant to be a star on its own. If it is on the plate, it is delicious. Carefully prepared and so filling. Other restaurants serve huge portions, because the food isn't that great. They dont have that problem...Alberto's food makes you feel happy and satisfied

The Chef Alberto management of the kitchen was atrocious. We waited for 2 hours to get our food. I'm sure the food would have tasted better if it would have come sooner. The Chef after two hours and after me complaining came to our table to explain why of the delay. However the explanation was all BS because a table besides us with friends of his was the only one served very quickly. Chef Alberto should put a sign that explains that friends of his will be served a lot faster than other customers even though these customer arrived at least 30 minutes before his friends. I feel bad for our waiter Gustavo who was doing a fantastic and was getting all complaints from all customers. Really a bad experience, I'm sure the food was much better that it tasted after 2.5 hours there.

The food was very good, but for the second time at this restaurant, we had the same server who was such a disinterested woman, it bordered on rude. There was literally no one in the restaurant for about an hour, and this server couldn't seem to care less about any aspect of our dining. She disappeared on and off, and when other diners came, she pretty much ignored us. Never a pleasant word or even a smile. We've eaten at many fine restaurants, which typically have excellent and friendly service. It happened to be a birthday in our party, so it said "Happy Birthday" on the dessert plate and a candle was lit, but again, not even a word from our server. This unpleasant person made me never want to go to this restaurant again, in spite of the excellent food.

Food very good quality and great tasting, however, portions are extremely small for the cost of each plate; for example 6 bite size Spanish croquettes for $24! They were delicious but overpriced! In addition, the noise level is disruptive. Not a place for a romantic date, the acoustic of the guests voices bounces off very loudly to the point that you can barely hear your partner while sitting next to them.
