We are big times foodies and love to try different cuisines .. Presentation and flavors are always key , Unfortunately this restaurant did not meet our expectations. Certainly the pictures we saw in the website were not represented in our dinner The food was pricey , lacked artistry in the presentation and we were not impressed with the flavors either . Also there was not cocktails menu available. Our waitress service was fair , not very enthusiastic about explaining some of the dishes however the food runner was very pleasant and cordial . What we really really liked about this place was the decor . Love the wallpaper !

Had an overnight trip to Miami with my daughter and wanted to explore the Miami scene. From all restaurants, Pastor at Pascal appealed to us. Even thought the kitchen was closed, Chef Alberto Pastor allowed us in and served us 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham (hand cut by himself) with a cheese board and wine pairings. As a bonus they had live music and they even let my daughter sing along with them. Thanks Anabel, you are simply the best!
Overall, we had a surreal experience and felt so welcome (like family). Menu is diverse in Spanish and French cuisine with a selective wine list. Cannot wait to come back and this time have the complete dining experience. Pretty sure I’ll try the “Bacalao Pil-Pil (Cod fish) and next the Oxtail. This place is a must stop in Miami.

For my entre I ordered the Rack of Lamb, medium rare of course it was superb, the Grand Marnier soufflé was to die for. My wife had the Chicken and loved it.

Not a good experience and i do not recommend. We used to love Pascals on Ponce. Pascal retired and restaurant became Pastors at Pascals. Server did not know the menu. Entrees on menu not available. Cheese plate was disgraceful. Plate half empty; no garnish. No fruit, no honey, no jam or olives or any garnish of any kind. Pitiful. Then server took our credit card and didn't bring it back with the check. My husband had to go hunt it down. Will NOT go back.

My family and I were visiting Coral Gables, found this restaurant online by chance. It was very traditional looking restaurant and very quiet. Our waitress is very attentive and thoughtful. The food was amazing and delicious. Overall is beyond 5 stars. Thank you for such great experience.

A great discovery, where excellence blends seamlessly with quality and a remarkable atmosphere, creating something that is not always easy to find in the city of Miami — the feeling of a truly great experience.

Food: Dishes prepared with great precision, featuring modern presentation without compromising portion size. Textures that engage all five senses.

Service: Highly professional staff who clearly know how to act and respond at every moment, always attentive to ensure nothing is missing from the table, and consistently welcoming guests with a smile.

Ambience: This place creates a special harmony where the magic of great food, live music, and an excellent crowd come together, making it a venue that undoubtedly invites you to return.

Conclusion: Aside from minor details and operating hours that feel more aligned with Europe, this is a discovery worth revisiting and supporting as it continues to grow and refine a project that has truly caught my attention.

This restaurant is still a hidden jewel. Impeccable food and impeccable service. Their grand marnier soufle alone is worth the visit.

This experience was excellent. We had lunch, and every dish was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. We will be back very soon

Very overpriced for the portions of the entrees. The salmon was very small as compared to other restaurants and the chicken was the size of a Cornish hen. The appetizers are overpriced for their size. They push you to order dessert before you have even ordered. It was loud, we were never even asked if everything was okay , if we wanted more bread or water. The food was tasty but definitely not worth the prices.
