I quite often visit this bakery to grab some coffee and sometimes to buy some buñuelos to take them to some friends. I was used to find there nice ladies who were eager to serve you and recommend the different things available. Yesterday I was there and, to my surprise, I was received by a lady who the whole time was showing me rolling eyes and not a very nice face. After paying I left the place with some bitter feeling. Then today I was checking a couple of yesterday´s receipts at home and saw that I was charged $3.50 more by her (in the receipt it says ‘Cashier: Airen’) for three cake portions (I bought and was given two, and by the way, there was so much sugar in them that I have to throw them).
Prices in this bakery are going high really fast -like everywhere- and if, on top of that, the employee who is dealing with clients is showing clearly that she is not happy with her job or serving people, is time for the manager to check the situation.

The bread is cold on most occasions, and the place where it is displayed does not have heat to preserve it...
The empanadas are advertised as meat and when you eat them they have a slice of ham.
Honoring the name of the bakery...Pinocchio
Today I come back and the bread is still undercooked, cold... it seems like yesterday...

Unfortunately I left, I asked for a coffee without sugar and they put sugar in it, I told the lady that I can't have sugar and she got upset. More filters to hire staff.

I have visited Pinocho Bakery on several occasions because I have frequent appointments with my chiropractor for my pregnancy, a fellow Puerto Rican, whose office is located in the same shopping mall. Although the products are really delicious, my experience with customer service has been miserable.

My husband is Venezuelan and I am Puerto Rican, and although we live in the multicultural city of Miami, it seems that the bakery is not used to serving people from other cultures. The employees, who seem more bitter than willing to work, have been rude, unfriendly and overbearing on every visit. Today they have reached the point of making bad faces and making contemptuous gestures when I have asked about a product that is known differently in my country. It is evident that they are more interested in shipping quickly and poorly than in providing good service.

As an immigration attorney, I know firsthand the richness and diversity of the Spanish that Spanish speakers speak. However, that is no excuse for a lack of professionalism and respect towards clients. It's sad that a bakery with such good quality products has such unpleasant staff who seem to hate being there and serving customers.

I hope they take this constructive criticism into account and improve the attitude of their staff so that we can all feel welcome and enjoy their delicious products without feeling mistreated.

I have to say that the sweets are very good. But the croquettes leave a lot to be desired, especially if you put them in the microwave to heat them because they are not soft, the following. And as for the service. The girls could put on a better face or attitude, it seems like they are tired of working

The bread is hard. It seems to be too old. I don't KNOW what's going on with these people who sell you He's not cool. The bread you DO have left, sell it as a sandwich, but don't sell it to the customer as fresh bread, I don't want it to make pudding. Surely the owner orders those breads to be taken out, I don't think he agrees with losing customers when the cost of producing the bread is so low. The bread is hard. It seems to be too old.
