We always bought in that place but a few months ago it was a total disaster, they charge you 3:99 to process the payment by card, the clerks were always upset, any question you ask them about the product they sell they don't know if it's appropriate, they are in bad shape way, Cuban bread has lost quality. I'm not going back, I will definitely visit another bakery even if I have to drive a little further.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, if you want something from a specific area and there is someone in front of you. You have to wait minutes for that person to finish being served while other shop assistants wait boredly watching how time passes. and if you complain, they say that that is not their area. COULD IT BE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT THE PRIORITY HERE?

Absolutely terrible service here. Have come here since I was a little boy for 20+ years and it’s incredible how awful it’s gotten. Last time I went I asked for a simple hot dog and waited 20 minutes in there just for the lady to give me a hamburger. When I told her it was supposed to be a hot dog but I needed to take the burger because I was in a rush, she expected me to pay the difference for HER mistake. This morning I go back to grab breakfast for my family and while ordering, the waitress (not sure her name) is giving me all sorts of faces and rolling her eyes at me. Very unprofessional and should go work in a dark corner away from the world because she clearly is not built for customer service. Then when I open up our “Cuban Sandwiches” it was essentially two pieces of bread with nothing but 7 pounds of mayonnaise and the thinnest slice of ham one has ever laid their eyes upon. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Fire the whole staff except the nice lady who works the register on the weekdays, she’s awesome.

Since they changed personal the new people the costumer services y disgusting today we asked for Cuban sandwiches the lady didn’t pay attention at my request and the sandwich was anything but Cuban sandwiches the amount of mayo they put make impossible to eat the bread with

I have been coming to this bakery for years however it appears that they sold it since there are different employees working here. This morning i bought a box of mixed pastries the meat pastel was not the same the meat had no taste and was extremely dry also very little meat for what they charge looks like I will need to find a new bakery

I have been coming to this bakery ever since I was a little girl. Always brings me back childhood memories ,they recently renovated it, and it looks beautiful. The only complaint I have is they changed the way of making the pizza pastel. But besides that everything always great and the cakes always taste fresh.
