I planned a pizza picnic in the park for my birthday. These people are now over an hour past the latest promised delivery time, and my toddler is well passed her nap time and has been crying I want pizza for 30 minutes. What was supposed to be a lovely birthday picnic turned into a nightmare. I've been stuck at this park waiting for. $45 pizza and they don't answer the phone. I don't know what to do anymore because my toddler is exhausted and hungry, so now I have to figure out what to feed her. Not to mention the fact that I spent most of our time on the playground on my phone with sliced or trying to reach the restaurant instead of enjoying it with my toddler. I rarely spend my energy writing bad reviews, as I much prefer to write good ones, but I feel very wronged and upset. The icing on the cake is that sliced said they can't even give me a refund without approval from the restaurant (which cannot be reached). This business is not worth dealing with. I suggest getting your pizza from anywhere else.

This is a real solid pizza. It definitely rises above the other Cuban pizzas in this neighborhood. Prices are very reasonable, service is friendly and quick. Have ordered here four times and it doesnt disappoint. #supportLOCAL

It doesn't have the quality it used to, so you lose customers. In the past, they put plastic in the middle so that the cheese wouldn't collide with the lid and now you don't know if it's the pizza or the lid ?????

Excellent place to eat with family. The best service and food... But the best is the home and the comfort of the house... I recommend it

**Updated 7/26/24 - after seeing the response from this establishment, I apologize if I'm incorrectly referring to the wrong place of business. It may have very well been a different business that I was speaking with on the phone. Again, my apologies, and I will be sure to try your business the next time I'm in the area.

**Called the business because their web page and app don't show you which toppings are included on their pizzas. The young girl who answered said she didn't speak English. I asked her if I could speak to someone there who did. That apparently didn't register with her. Why would you have someone answering the phone who doesn't speak English. We're staying at a nearby hotel. Not everyone is a local.

Please don’t go to this restaurant!!!! The people are disrespectful workers with no manners due to lack of respect for their customers. I was sitting outside enjoying my lunch smoking a cigar outside and two people came out cursing and saying “you can’t smoke here”!!! in Spanish after I literally just purchased food. If you really don’t want people smoking please don’t put tables outside. It is still legal to possess in public, just not use in public. It is lawful to medicate with low-THC (CBD only) medicine in public. Smoking and buying isn't a problem I literally buy it at the smoke shop by your pizzeria as long as I’m not driving a vehicle. In Florida it’s legal by the way, it’s more illegal to have people working in your restaurant without papers Thanks.
