You might hear the words buffet and sushi and think it's your run of the mill strip mall buffet but that is far from this.

POC is closer to a casino buffet with high end items and an awesome selection at that.

The sushi options are intense. There are rolls you'd only find on a specialty menu at a sushi bar. The ceviche (one of two options) was super fresh, and the oysters... Shucked in front of me while I waited... We're divine.

The food was delicious, great variety of dish offerings. Wait an average of 25 minutes to enter the premises since there were a large number of people to consume (Sunday around 7.30 pm). The atmosphere of the place could be improved to make it more pleasant. Very good service, the waiters very attentive.

I'm not normally a fan of buffets, but this one has great food and drinks. There is a really nice salad bar and good choices for sushi and steak. I stuck to those, but there is a lot more, so folks who don't like sushi would probably be satisfied.
