I ordered a delivery by the website , it take an hour to respond, and the UBER guy call me to notify me that the Churrasco was not in the menu and in the website was. They call me many times to change the order, but always my answer was Cancel the order, but they insist three time to maintain the order. The costumer services and the website are not serius !!!!! Very bad services

Don't even think about eating in this chickenTropical from this place Miller, the non-tropicshop the new one with avocado, the avocado is so hard that it can knock your teeth out, they hardly put chicken or beans on it, what you are paying is disgusting

We ordered an Easter Weekend Feast. It supposed to be ready at 12:30 pm, when I passed by the store, the manager told me to come back at 3 pm because the kitchen had no gas. At 3 pm the meal was not ready. Only Rice and beans in a box for $42.79. I had to explain to the manager what the offer included. At this time they started to prepare it. When I finally get home I realize that two items were missing (chimichurri and pork mojo). Nobody was attentive. There were a total lack of professionalism.
I had never been to Pollo Tropical even though they seem to be almost everywhere. I ordered a pork sandwich with a side of sweet plantains and my husband had a chipotle chicken sandwich. The service through the drive thru was quick and efficient. The food wasn’t bad but the sauce and onions described on the menu were both missing from my sandwich. The fact that the sandwich wasn’t dry despite the missing toppings says something (good) about the meat but I am sure that the sandwich would have been better if it was as described. That is a problem with take out- you don’t know that there is an error with the order at a time when it is possible to do anything about it. The plantains were well made and hot and a nice sized portion. My husband liked his sandwich.
