Not everyone speaks English but each and every one of the staff at Rosario is nice and respectful. The venue is unfortunately small and I would recommend getting bottle service to keep some personal space from the crowds.

We had the Half rack of ribs, chicken tenders, pulled pork sliders and chips and salsa. Everything tasted and was presented great. The amount of food served for the price was excellent.
