I really don’t want to write a bad review, but the experience was so bad that I believe I should write something up.
1) I think they push selling food rather let the dinner experience set the mood.
The server really sold me the bigger stake without me knowing till I got my dinner. I didn’t compline.
I invited my good friend to dinner and she order petit stake and she had to send it back twice and still it didn’t came out right…. And by the time her stake arrived we were almost finished.
We had 3 children and two of them have braces and I asked if the Mac and cheese could be served in such a way that it is not broiled on the top (because they can’t chew crispy) they didn’t acomodate and for the bar stake they comp a drink and gave a desert.

But they came back to sell more sides and food.

I really didn’t enjoyed and felt stressed out and came home with the worse stomach ache ever.

We chose to go there to eat a good meal and it didn’t happen.

the food is good and all but it about a hour for food a bunch of lines are backed up etc, we ended up having to go because it’s took so long and we were there by 8:13 and it’s already 10:40 when we left. im sorry but no it was on grad day but it has no reason to take this long.😐

Server was amazing. Food was has changed in quality, the steaks seam to be dry and smaller than my previous experiences. The atmosphere is mediocre people are dress very casual jeans and t-shirts unacceptable.

We are very thankful with our waitress !! Kaci was amazing , very sweet , kind and very professional, she made our visit extremely special. We will definitely ask for her next time we come.

We just had Mother’s Day lunch here and also celebrated my birthday. Danny provided us with exceptional service and ensured that he made the best out of our Mother’s Day and birthday celebrations. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Thank you, Danny, for making our afternoon wonderful!

I CAN NOT GIVE RUTH'S CHRIS ENOUGH ACCOLADES!!! FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN, TO THE TIME WE LEFT!!! OMG, THE WAIT STAFF, THE MENU, THE FOOD WAS TOTALLY AWESOME AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!! THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!!! ONE OF CORAL GABLES HIDDEN 💎 GEMS!!!!!

I wished for more more flavor, but tasted fresh in quality, Salmon was on the dry side, Stake was well cooked but lack basic seasonings

Celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday here, from the food to the service from Marcos everything was exceptional!

The service was impecable, Marcos was our server and his attention to detail was unmatched. Delicious food, he went above and beyond for our dinner. Highly recommend.

Great service, very attentive, good was amazing. Marcos was wonderful! It Was my birthday and the confetti on the table, was such a sweet touch. Also the little birthday cheesecake! We were very happy. We do miss the lobster bisque and hope it comes back but we had a lovely evening. Thank you all.
