I placed a mobile order and came to the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived, I found my food left unpacked and completely unattended on a table. This is unacceptable. Once an order is prepared, it must be properly packed and secured—not left exposed where anyone can touch or tamper with it. I expect the restaurant to follow appropriate hygiene and food‑safety practices moving forward and ensure that mobile orders are packed immediately after preparation.
Also, We need to be extremely careful when placing an order here. In the past, The receptionist refused to make any changes to my order even though payment had not yet been completed. This is unreasonable and creates a poor customer experience. Customers should be allowed to adjust their order before payment is processed, and the staff should be flexible and willing to assist. I expect the restaurant to review this policy and ensure that basic customer service standards are followed.

Ambiance is nice. Located on the ground floor of the plaza development. Staff are friendly but the Cuban sandwich I had was disappointing. No better than most I’ve had in miami. I’ve heard good things so I had high expectations but it was very average, from the bread to the pork to the presentation.
