I had a great customer service experience and the food was prepared to perfection. Dynia noticed that I use and cane and offered to refill my drink without me having to get back up. I appreciate the great customer service experience at this location.

The food there is amazing 😍 love it the employees and the managers are always helping people out and having the guest orders coming out right and perfect 😁

Shake Shack on US-1 in Miami is always a hit! The burgers are consistently juicy and flavorful, the crinkle-cut fries are perfectly crisp, and the shakes are rich and creamy—especially the classic vanilla. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the location is always clean and well-kept. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with friends, it’s a reliably great experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a quality burger and shake!

I have been to 10+ Shake Shacks across the U.S and I have to say this is by far the worst one. The burger itself i actually enjoy, but the attitude of the manager here this evening ruined me and my families entire experience. Everyone else should consider going to local spots who treat their customers with respect a not like second class citizens.

Terrible service, never again. They never served our food. We went to counter to find our cold food sitting there. This is a great place if you like an ice cold hamburger 🍔.

todays visit, there was sonething wrong with ac and ventilation. horrible air, burn oil smell, we had to leave. empty.

Hi I want to say that your personal staff is so good! I met today Sheirih at the dining place she was working above and beyond with a Smile in her face and making sure everything was clean and tidy! She even called by name I will definitely come back! And the truffle burger was so good!

Sharika really makes the dining (or lunch) experience complete. She is beyond sweet, attentive, and always in a stellar mood. The food is great here, small portions (someone else left a mediocre review regarding this) but you get QUALITY and you can tell in the taste of the patties and veggies. Place is always clean (thank you Sharika). Honestly, even if the food was bad I’d still show up to see her!
