I visited this location around 8:45 PM, well before closing, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee making my smoothie was extremely rude — slamming things around, acting irritated, and clearly upset that they close at 9. If the store is still open, customers shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience.
This was unprofessional and definitely not acceptable customer service.

I love all smoothies and locations of Smoothie King, but ALWAYS I came to this location in PONCE De Leon and the attention and service its TERRIBLE! 😞 I don’t get a smile, a good morning, no one ever looks at me! It’s so robotic and sad! I feel that that actions are disrespectful too! Where is the humanity? You can’t have the face of your company in such a bad mood… you must hire proactive, kind and nice people… so disappointed… ☹️ never came back here… NEVER.
