Very bad service and customer service, especially in the morning when there is a man with a thick build who is always in a bad mood and apart from that, his pants always fall off and I think it is not well seen.

This location is objectively worse than any other location in miami. The staff team is very questionable, unmotivated and agitated, last time i went the kid had an airpod on, he couldnt hear what i was saying, and then i also couldnt hear him because he was borderline whispering, and then his coworker jumped in to exclaim what he was saying with some sass.
Had this been a one-time thing, i wouldn't be leaving this review, but it's EVERYTIME i come to this location that the staff dont wanna work. And im not sure how big the team is exactly, but im referring to 3 men in specific that i dont know the names of, and just so happen to serve me every time I've gone here.
im not sure if it's also staff thing or if its just the location but the smoothies are noticeably watered down, not to mention its a bit more expensive in this area, i get it, its gables, but man, somethings gotta change.

Pros: -the smoothies are standard smoothie king smoothies -there wasn’t a long wait and the smoothies came out fast
Cons: -the employees either have an attitude or don’t comprehend orders very well. I’ve had to repeat myself numerous times for smoothies that aren’t mine. Also the girl the other day was beyond not friendly and acted like she didn’t want to be at work. This is in two separate occasions. They need to retrain staff.
Overall: Just grab and go. Better to order through the app and not wait for them.

I have been ordering smoothies for years, and today it might be my last smoothie (The Hulk Strawberry). It doesn’t taste good anymore. I called to report that my drink wasn’t properly made(because I ordered through UberEats). And the person just said “Ok” clearly they don’t care.
The best store I have ever visited, super clean, excellent customer service. I didn't know what to order, and they recommended exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.
