I visit this Smoothie King almost daily. Today, I had the worst experience. I ordered my usual vanilla Gladiator with double banana. I was given frozen ice. I told the young lady the shake didn't taste like vanilla or banana just frozen ice. She took my shake back and put it back in the blender after I had already sipped it and added more powder to it. I told her it had my saliva and she said that she'd wash the blender. I have been there when they wash the blenders. They only rinse them with water. I am grossed out thinking this could happen to anyone and they put the shake back in the blender after the person has already tried it. I will NEVER go there again.

The two young girls that work here are RUDE AF! I've tried three different times to come here, and each time, one or the other, or both, are just insanely rude. They literally won't answer questions, won't smile, won't say a word except "cash or card. What size." Even their body language and physical movements are so aggressive, they will literally slam your smoothie down on the counter with anger and flip their hair and turn away without looking at you. And snatch your credit card out of your hand to pay. Another time, one of them was on a call on her cell phone arguing with someone the entire time. I realize Miami is full of rude people but this is next level.

Horrible. I asked for a pb swizzle with extra peanut butter….. they never put peanut butter. When I called to ask why they said they don’t know let me call my manager. Don’t order from her and don’t use Uber eats……people are useless when these apps are involved. I can’t even get my money back.

Order a smoothie bowl for pick up. When I arrived it was in a fridge and extremely watery. I could have drank it through a straw. Some of the fruit was warm some was frozen. Not sure who dropped the ball here. Did not enjoy.
I was mistreated by a worker that looks big and fat with glasses. He gave me a half bowl of açaí and when I asked why he impolitely with attitude told me that how he was trained. He had headphones on and didn't care about me at all. I felt uncomfortable in that place with him, even though it's a such a good location. But they should have better service. I think the girls are good. It's him that gives the place a bad look and a bad smell too. He had dirty hands no gloves touching the food and if you dare to say anything he will give you an attitude. I went there to have a good time and ended up going home mad and unhappy. Do not go there if you see a dirty fat guy pretending to be working. He is unfit to work in a such place. He is unhappy too. He should be work at Mac Donald's or another fatfood place.

I love this place! I ordered the Banana Boat ($5.29) - Ingredients: Banana's, Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Turbinado, and Protein Blend. I don't like protein bc it gives a grainy texture so I just took out the protein blend. This drink was my favorite!! If you like bananas this is a must try Peanut Power Plus ($5.50) - Ingredients: Strawberry, Bananas, Peanut Butter, Dates, Nonfat Milk, and Protein Blend. You can really taste the peanut butter and the protein in this drink! Mango Smoothie ($5.29) - Ingredients: Mango, Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Turbinado, and Protein Blend. Absolutely worst smoothie king I've ever been to. The last 3 times I have come, and my roommate separately as well, the workers were fighting and arguing. They were saying "I'll fuck you up" in front of customers and were incredibly rude. One female told a taller male to go home that he is useless and didn't want him there. Literally wouldn't work or make the smoothie until he left. He ended up making it.To top it off the 3 times I've come the regular gladiator strawberry banana is trash. Protein was not added, it was water and strawberries blended. No banana, no vanilla protein. Plenty of better smoothie locations than this garbage spot. I've had similar feedback from friends who live in the neighborhood. Check your staff and hire better individuals, you are losing business.
