This store is the worst in customer service experience. The Manager is doing a terrible job at training the new guys . She is too focus on dealing with her calls than caring about how things go in her store. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to order a simple regular coffee. The guys at the counter are too busy organizing their mess than paying attention at the register and checking for new arrivals.That happened too me at this location twice. Don't waste your time and go to the other Starbucks for more pleasant experience

Pike place coffee almost no taste, the coffee was brewed with little coffee, same with caramel maquiato and caramel almost missing. I have been a Starbucks coffee consumer for 15 years and I have never had a coffee like this from this brand. At this point McDonald's coffee tastes better and cheaper 07/07/24 -7pm

This is the best Starbucks! Always the best service. Nelson especially helped me when Uber eats sent me the wrong order even from a different store. He graciously gave me my correct food/drinks and did not charge me. Definitely come to this Starbucks if you are near by.

When you need to work they can always do it, they can spend hours inside with their PC occupying a space and no one will tell them anything but at least you have to buy a coffee or a hot chocolate from time to time.
Parking: Limited parking but the place is also limited, it's relative!
