I try to buy 50 gift cards in place and manager Juan says is not posible that the límite is ten, i let them know im not i a rush but even though guy says with bad attitude limit is 10. And not even apologize or something. I try to let them know that I can buy 5 times the 10 cards but even though guy just say 10 in a bad mood. What a way to lose money for no reason. Absolutely bad manager at store. There is any sign at the site that and also I bought them in another Starbucks without trouble but this empty head manager say is not possible so is a liar.

Employee was super rude. I do Uber eats there all the time and usually they just let me take the orders and go I look to see which bag is mine and flip it over and the employee I guess was having a bad day and told me you show us and then you take it With a bad tone

Across the US, this is the only store has stuff came to me and told me that I cannot be here if I don’t order things. (I was trying to finish something on my computer before ordering). Regardless I come to this store almost every week and order drinks or food. The store was not packed, there’re plenty of seats at the moment.

I recently visited this Starbucks, and overall, it had everything you’d expect—a comfortable ambiance, great drinks, and friendly service. The location is fantastic, with the added perk of convenient parking, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature around here!

The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. During my visit, I noticed that the space could use a little more attention to detail in tidying up, which I’ve seen at a few other Starbucks in the Miami area. A clean, inviting space can really enhance the Starbucks experience, and I believe a little extra focus on this could make a big difference for customers.

I appreciate the efforts of the team here and look forward to seeing this location shine even more in the future. Thanks, Starbucks, for always welcoming us in!

The employee do not drink coffee!
When you prepare a new pot of coffee it don't take any until it finishes completely.
The employees start taking at the moment it starts tripping this is the strongest part of the coffee so the rest of the coffee is very weak.

Today I paid for a cup of warm Brown water!

I didn't know until I got back to my hotel.

Very frustrating....

Came in to get some work and homework done. Ordered a tall flat white, it tasted like warm milk I tried to explain this to the girl (not the guy that handed me my coffee) her name is Kaitlyn and before I could even finish explaining myself , she cut me off and said “it already has two shots of expreso on it” with the worst of attitudes and just stared at me.
I turned around, sat on my table and just decided to leave….

Never in my life have I had a bad experience at an Starbucks store.

I had to throw it away as soon as I got it, it was not good. I’ve had MANY flat whites from here and they do not tasted like this one.

Things happen, it might be only one shot of expresso was put in there or too much milk (we are all humans) but her attitude and the way she handled it was what made me leave this review.

This is really disappointing and upsetting, over $5 for a coffee that I barely tasted.
Makes me NEVER want to visit a Starbucks store again.

They are very friendly and attentive here. I come almost every day to work on the computer and I can attest to the good treatment and professionalism. They greet all the customers very kindly and offer us sample coffee. They make us feel like family.
