The employee do not drink coffee!
When you prepare a new pot of coffee it don't take any until it finishes completely.
The employees start taking at the moment it starts tripping this is the strongest part of the coffee so the rest of the coffee is very weak.
Today I paid for a cup of warm Brown water!
I didn't know until I got back to my hotel.
Very frustrating....

If you want to enjoy a great customer service you need to come here! I just spilled off my coffee today, and the attention from store manager William was amazing, so this is my form to be grateful with such an amazing team. ??

The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. During my visit, I noticed that the space could use a little more attention to detail in tidying up, which I’ve seen at a few other Starbucks...
