If you do not enjoy your job, do not project it onto customers. I waited 30 minutes for a drink on a saturday morning when it was pretty empty because the bartista was sitting on her phone. I went up and said i mobel ordered 20 minutes ago she she goes “GIVE ME A MINUTES.” She was on her phone while people were waiting and have places to be.

This Starbucks is so bad, I would give it a zero. But because it’s not possible, I give it, a one.Waiting 16 minutes to get my drink and it clearly says “No Classic” on the sticker and guess what they put in it… Classic syrup ? now I gotta go back there and wait another 16 minutes for them to fix my drink. Obviously another Starbucks needs to be opened on campus because this one cannot handle the traffic it receives.

Worst Starbucks, and unfortunately the students we do not have that many choices inside the university. It is really like the employees do not care at all, coffee is always burned, food dry, and yes, sometime this place is very busy, but even in chill times like university regular holidays, this place just do not serve good products. Definitely avoiding this place as much as possible.

I don’t want to be too harsh, hence the four star rating. However, I find it really weird that everyone in the staff is African American. I don’t know if it was intentional or not, but it just feels odd. I know Starbucks cares about diversity and stuff, but having only Black employees at this location feels really forced.

Horrible Customer service. They not even bout to look at you while taking yo order. Not even fake a** smile. Zero effort. I mean on a slow day/summer on campus-at least try to fake some passable customer service. My order was almost as I wanted it. I get better service out in Allapattah and Hialeah tho smh. I mean its all good tho, they just gotta do better.

They’re always busy, which isn’t their fault. But ever since they added mobile orders, in-store orders are not prioritized at all. I ended up leaving without the drink I paid for yesterday, because I would have been late for class had I continued waiting. I arrived at Starbucks at noon and left without my drink at 12:30.

My visit to this Starbucks was very good, it is in the area and this place was a mandatory stop, the people who work here were very friendly, they took my order and I assure you that I did not wait even 3 minutes and they were already shouting my name, the coffee was delicious. I always order caramel macchiato with oat milk and I love it, the place is more or less big and has tables outside, it has many seats where you can easily enjoy your coffee and something that I really liked is that it didn't feel very noisy and that for me it's great .

ZERO STARS. This Starbucks and their employees are so rude and disrespectful to all customers and they are always in a bad mood. They also have always gotten my order wrong and complain when I tell them about it.
