One star because I can’t give 0 stars. It was not 9pm yet on a Friday and we went in to order expressos and the employees told us they were not taking orders anymore. If the store closes at 9pm, they should take orders until 8:59 and anyone inside before 9pm should be able to order. 👎

This place opens up earlier than most other Starbucks... The employees and managers at this particular starbucks do a very good job even without the extra sleep. Thank You, and do realize some of us notice the difference you make!

First time I walked into this store since I moved to the area and the employees were extremely welcoming, polite and nice. Customer service is key. We go back where we feel welcomed. Excellent job team and store manager.

Most of the seating has been replaced with small round tables. The whole purpose of going to Starbucks is to sit down and enjoy the coffee.

Allergic to dairy & specifically ordered accordingly. Received my Frappuccino topped with whipped cream. Informed employee of being unable to have dairy & she proceeded to use the lid to remove the upper layer with topping & cover with a new lid after being notified of allergy. Requested refund since entire top had visible cream. Informed manager, Klyomi, of food safety incident & she was as unprofessional as her employee in demeanor without any attempt to address & correct the matter. Can’t always blame the employee if establishment is ran with zero leadership skills from the top. Great area, so extremely unfortunate, but save yourself if you have allergies…
Nobody to attend, everyone was in the back talking and laughing while the customers were waiting. I waited for more than 15 minutes to order a coffee, and there was a line.

It is quite rare to see this type of situation in establishments with very rigorous work procedures, but this Starbucks, which is very well located in one of the best cities in South Florida, has the bad habit of not opening at the time established by the store. I have waited up to more than an hour for the people inside to take the kindness to open and serve all of us who were waiting outside. I suppose that the common practice of the workers is to clock in at 4:00 am and spend as much time as possible doing nothing. I hope this situation is corrected.

I ordered a lemonade ice tea with an extra shaken to make the flavor feel better and it was not what I expected. The girl who helped me said she did it but she didn't put enough effort into it, I was dissatisfied with the attention and the result of my ice tea.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks. I ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Latte, expecting the usual fall favorite, but what I got was far from it. The drink was so oily on top that it was inedible. The color was more orange than coffee, which made me question if it was even made correctly. I’ve had this drink many times before, and this was by far the worst experience. I hope the quality improves because this was truly disappointing.
