If what you are looking for is to have bad service, come to this store.
They don't know how to say good morning or say goodbye.

I ordered a 6-inch turkey sub and it was the most disgusting thing I every saw. This is not the first time and now I have to say something. The lettuce was brown, I literally got 2 thin slices of what appears to be turkey and the tomatoes were slimy. The bread was rock-hard and dry... That's the last time I'm ordering from you guys. I will be filling a complaint to corporate.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Subway location today. When I walked in, there was only one employee, and instead of taking my order, he was busy chatting with a friend who was hanging out in the restaurant. I had to wait until he finished his personal conversation before he even acknowledged me.
Just as he was about to take my order, he got a call on his Apple Watch and answered it right in front of me! He still wasn’t taking my order and left me standing there waiting again. When he finally decided to help me, there was no greeting—just a rude and agitated “What do you want?”
It didn’t stop there. As we got to the veggie section, another employee walked in, and he paused my order AGAIN to have a conversation with her. Every single ingredient I asked for, he kept asking, “Is that all?” in a dismissive and disrespectful tone. By the end, he had the audacity to say "you are done ordering" and rushed me to the cashier and even moved my sandwich without letting me finish ordering! I had to ask him to bring it back because I wasn’t done.
To top it all off, the payment machine asked me for a tip. A tip for what?! This was one of the most unprofessional, rude, and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at any Subway. I’m so disappointed. Avoid this location if you want decent customer service!

Worst experience for an online pick up order. The staff was so rude, especially the older lady and the Colombian guy. I placed an order for pick up at 1:10pm and said would be ready by 1:30pm. I go and it’s not ready. I see they’re going through some rush hour and I understand so I wait a few more minutes. But I see no one is even looking at the online orders so I ask again when my order would be ready. They say to wait so I wait. More people are coming in and their orders are being made. I’m a very understanding and patient person. I ask the older lady if she can look for my order and she said she will make it. I keep waiting and waiting it’s like 1:40pm at this point. It sucks because I’ve had better experiences at this location but today was just horrible. Their customer service today was awful towards me. I get up one last time when the line is empty at this point because I had been patient, and at this point I stand in line and get ignored by all three people working there and I say I want a refund for my order and that’s when they all turn to me and start yelling that “I should have asked for my order” “that I need to keep asking for my order”, im the only one waiting for an order at that point in the place they didn’t tell me my order was completed. And they just kept yelling at me after they gave me the order that I should have asked and asked and it was all in Spanish too. They were horrible today. It was around 1:55pm when I got my food And on top of that they got my order wrong. I understand the food industry is not the easiest but honestly this could have been handled better. 0 stars for subway today if I could.

I ordered some cookies that were as hard as a rock. The server barely spoke English and was very rude. I asked to use the restroom and was told that it was out of order. But as I was leaving another man that was a different color than me (White) came in and asked to use the same restroom I was denied to use, and low and behold the restroom just magically fixed itself and he was able to use the restroom with no problems. This was discrimination at its finest. Never going back there again. And I obviously won't reccomend this Location to anyone.

The guy that is taking care of the place is very rude and has no idea what means customer care, anything you ask in your subway he just put the half of it, please safe your money, no recommend at all.

Came to order 2 subs for me and my mom, the serving sizes are ridiculously small. And the service from the guy that made my food was one of the worst I've seen, from ignoring me to need to ask him twice what I want in almost all the order.If you have other options I suggest not coming here at the moment.
