I always order the same Tuna sub and this time I was being overcharged $18 for a 6 in Tuna with pepperoni meal. After addressing it the cashier adjusted the price but I still felt like I was being taken advantage of. I always pay around $9.

I went to this location and the person working there told me it was closed even though the sign on the door says Sundays they close at 9pm. I arrived at 4:50 and she told me they close at 5 but the door was already locked.

This has got to be the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. First and last time I ever eat at this trash of a location. Gabriela who made my sub had a terrible attitude. The entire time she was making my sandwich, she looked like she wanted to fight me. She seemed bothered adding ingredients like she was going to take home whatever was left. She would lightly sprinkle spinach and tomatoes and anything else I was asking for, So I kept having to tell her to add some more. This was obviously making her angry. I understand this is basically fast food, so we can’t expect to have wonderful happy faces attending customers. Will be going to Publix for subs from now on!
Yesterday I placed an order online - they forgot my pizza and I had to wait for the lady to make it. When I got home I also realized they put onions in my daughters sandwich which I made sure to not put on the order.

Hello Corporate Subway!
This is the 3rd Subway in Miami (1 of the 3 closed) where the price displayed is lower than the amount charged. Obviously this is systematic. Your customers would like this practice corrected immediately. I was overcharged $1.70 plus the tax on the overcharged amount.

I ordered twice from here tonight and was very specific about my order and they somehow still managed to mess up the sandwich. We had it delivered by uber eats. I even had the driver tell them specifically to make the sandwich correctly and they STILL messed it up. We are staying near the airport on vacation before we go to the Bahamas and wanted a quick bite. The phone number doesn’t work either. Whomever owns this store needs to do better. I am the type to report to the BBB and then some. If I pay you for a certain item or service then you need to do as I request. Pathetic.

I arrived at 10 and worker didn’t open the door for me. A customer was nice enough to open the door for me but said that the worker told him to tell me that they closed at 10 when the sign on the door says 10:30.

I ordered a 6-inch turkey sub and it was the most disgusting thing I every saw. This is not the first time and now I have to say something. The lettuce was brown, I literally got 2 thin slices of what appears to be turkey and the tomatoes were slimy. The bread was rock-hard and dry... That's the last time I'm ordering from you guys. I will be filling a complaint to corporate.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Subway location today. When I walked in, there was only one employee, and instead of taking my order, he was busy chatting with a friend who was hanging out in the restaurant. I had to wait until he finished his personal conversation before he even acknowledged me.
Just as he was about to take my order, he got a call on his Apple Watch and answered it right in front of me! He still wasn’t taking my order and left me standing there waiting again. When he finally decided to help me, there was no greeting—just a rude and agitated “What do you want?”
It didn’t stop there. As we got to the veggie section, another employee walked in, and he paused my order AGAIN to have a conversation with her. Every single ingredient I asked for, he kept asking, “Is that all?” in a dismissive and disrespectful tone. By the end, he had the audacity to say "you are done ordering" and rushed me to the cashier and even moved my sandwich without letting me finish ordering! I had to ask him to bring it back because I wasn’t done.
To top it all off, the payment machine asked me for a tip. A tip for what?! This was one of the most unprofessional, rude, and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at any Subway. I’m so disappointed. Avoid this location if you want decent customer service!
