I hope this message finds you well. I recently placed an order through Uber Eats from your restaurant, and unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed with the experience.
Firstly, the presentation of the dishes was far below what I had expected. Both items were not only poorly presented but also lacked basic ingredients that were listed on the menu. I was expecting a well-prepared meal, but instead, I received portions that were notably smaller than anticipated.
Additionally, several key items that were supposed to be included in the order were completely absent. This left me feeling frustrated, as I had paid for a meal I didn’t receive in full.
To make matters worse, the portion sizes were unreasonably small, which did not justify the price at all. I genuinely feel that this experience was not reflective of the quality I’ve heard associated with your restaurant.
I am sharing this feedback in hopes that you will take it into consideration for future orders. I believe that addressing these concerns can prevent similar experiences for other customers and help improve your overall service.

The sushi here is amazing. This Sushi Sake on Miracle Mile is the best in the area. They have amazing food dishes and drinks on their happy hour menu. The waiter Brad is extremely nice and will go above and beyond in his service. Definitely have to come here!!

went during lunch time and got the chicken katsu and was really good. My friend got a roll and asked for cream cheese and wasn’t really happy because this is the amount of cream cheese she had in her roll. everyone else enjoyed their roll as well. If you go during lunch expect to spend at least 1.5 hour for the whole time spent eating and everything.

$2 Beers everyday all day is why I went from 4 stars to 5, the Hibachi chicken for lunch was solid but not much chicken and TONS of onions (ratio a lil off) but still a solid place

My cousins and I went to have a nice little lunch that ended up costing wayyy more than it was worth. Firstly, the service was just okay. Our waiter kept disappearing and it ended up taking a while to order our actual entrees. We ordered the pineapple fried rice which ended up coming out with no pineapple 😀. We told our waiter and he kindly apologized and brought us some grilled pineapple after free of charge so that was nice. Then my cousin ordered a sushi roll which was great at first until she found a long piece of plastic in her roll 😀 Again, our waiter kindly told the sushi chefs and they remade the roll for her. Overpriced food for okay service.

The service in this Sushi Sake is horrible. Anytime we’ve ordered 2 rolls from here it takes over a hour to pickup no matter if it’s dead inside. I have worked in the service industry for years, you can tell the cooks and the servers just don’t care. Next time I’ll drive to another location instead of the one near me.

I used to enjoy coming here, but after today, I will never be back.

The service was mediocre from the start — a bit slow but tolerable. What completely ruined the experience, though, was finding a fly on my drink. Absolutely disgusting. I alerted the server, and instead of apologizing or offering to make things right, they just took the drink and quietly replaced it without saying a word. No apology, no concern, nothing.

At that point, I was so grossed out, but also starving since I hadn’t eaten all day, so I just accepted the replacement to avoid making a scene. But honestly, that’s not how you handle something like this — it was a health hazard and a major lapse in hygiene. No manager or staff member even acknowledged the issue after that.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a place I used to like. This visit was enough to make sure I never come back.

I had been to this restaurant several times before, but this last visit was the complete opposite of my previous experiences. From the moment we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell inside the restaurant — strong enough that we chose to sit outside despite the heat. While our server was attentive and friendly, the food was, unfortunately, disappointing. Overall, not recommended.

The food is great but the service is horrible, you will wait 20 mins plus before you get your order. I still dont know why it’s always been like this.. i always come here to eat but the service is still the same. Like superrrr slow.

The sushi was fresh and delicious. The fried rice dish was a hit. The restaurant provided a gluten free “soy sauce.” The service was very slow and the restaurant was practically empty. We did arrive when it seemed all of the staff was trickling in for dinner service as we had a late lunch. The music was very annoying, electronic beats that were repeated over and over again that were too loud for an empty restaurant. I wish we had sat outside it would have been more relaxing. The restaurant also had floor seating with tables across from the sushi bar for a more authentic feel if you like to get down low.
