Service was ok. Took a while from the moment I sat down in the table to be acknowledged. They need to work on that.

Went on a Friday evening with another couple, and just walking up, you could hear the music from outside on the street. Yeah, forget that they have speakers for the outside diners. It was that loud. We decided to stay since we had made a reservation, and where else are we going to go on short notice? Bad decision on our part. We tried sampling the noise level from other parts of the venue, but it was all the same. Later on, we asked a gentleman who seemed to be in charge if he could please turn the music down just a little bit, and he said he didn't know if he could making some kind of statement as if it were beyond his control. A few minutes later, we noticed that the noise level had subsided. It is common sense that if you have the music cranked up, people are going to have to scream at each other just to TRY to be heard. Then, throughout the course of the meal I had to get up three times to get my glass filled with ice, get a new napkin and finally I went to the kitchen myself to get some A1 sauce after asking the waitress three times for some. Mind you that the happy hour crowd had already thinned out quite a bit. And then wait staff across the country expect a 20% tip for poor service.....as if dinning out isn't already an expensive proposition! Ownership should call the restaurant Disco 42.

Decided to go after work for drinks and food for office birthday. Once arrived were seated promptly. After that it was down hill, the service was absolutely horrid. Our drinks took forever and as for my drink which was a bourbon with a rock, I ended up having to go to the bar to get. The food also took a very long time which I did not understand as the restaurant was not very busy. Overall, terrible experience and the food was average.

My server was rebacca. She was really nice and provided a great experience for my first time at tap. She also handled my request with care and was a great server for the night

The food was okay. Best for us was the truffle parm fries. For the price paid we could of gone to another place. Have had better food elsewhere.

Food was delicious as we knew exactly what we were getting. However the service was terrible. Our server was constantly missing. I had to walk up to the front desk 2 times to ask for our server. She was always missing for over 15-20 minutes. Drinks too forever to come out too. Terrible service.

Our waiter and the manager were great. We were there to watch the Gators bball game. Good basic food, burgers, salads. Good value

Overall experience was good. The one issue we had is that one of the persons in our party never got her food. We had to cancel that one order.

I like this restaurant’s food. However, when you order for delivery, they will not accommodate you with small requests. I have asked numerous times after placing my order online, I call and provide additionally instructions, and they never follow it.

An example, I ask for utensils and they never add them. Despite that I call the restaurant because it has happened before, they won’t include utensils to eat. Not sure why they do this, and the food is not cheap.

Some tapas are delicious, like the rice fried with tuna, the sliders, and the tuna tartar. Other needs improvement like the lettuce wrap and the chicken wings. The cocktail I tried didn't taste fresh.

I am from out of town and came to visit this restaurant. When we first came the services was nice and atmosphere was good. The initial start was great into the food runner(light skinned, short girl , and straight hair) came and brought our food but and spilled my drink all over me. She did not apologies or show any concern in the world for what she just did while I sat in there with no other clothes freezing and soaked from head to toe. No one came to replace my drink or anything. I would have gave this place 5 stars but the lack of decency was terrible.
