Severely understaffed on a Monday evening!!! Had to seat ourselves, wait for a long time for a waitress, nobody ever rounded up to check if our food was ok nor to even check us out. I had to get the only person within proximity which was the hostess (super nice and efficient!)Food: Boneless wings are terrible :( as if they where kept in the freezer for years…Steak was medium/well-done versus the medium-rare that I have orderedWe LOVE Fridays (and there is none in Phoenix) but this one - we are NEVER coming back :(

I love to be served rancid meat! When there is absolutely no apology made afterwards, it makes things that much better. But to top off the magical experience, overcharged with absolutely no explanation. WOW!!!! Never again will I return to this dump.Dietary restrictions: If throwing up violently is your goal, then eat here.

Merry Christmas

Food took an hour and a half to arrive. Service was slow and hurried. The food wasn’t worth the wait. The steak came burnt, and the whiskey glaze was charred charcoal black. There was a plastic piece in my mango salsa. All the drinks tasted like medicine. Not worth it.

Listen, if you're coming in to calm down your day it's the greatest place to be. The service staff (Alison) and Host - Assistant run the front beautifully! Their personalities are welcoming and they continue to address you throughout your stay. The food is good and they will everything necessary to make sure it's to your needs and liking! Come in, chill out, calm down and restore your rushful day with peace!

I know there are a ton of negative reviews here but you will absolutely not find a more perfect place to take someone for whom you posses an unquenched, burning hatred that also happens to be reflected back at yourself but you lack the fortitude to commit some extreme act of violence. This is uniquely exquisite kind of punishment, both for yourself and the soon to be tortured soul you wish to visit such a cruel vengeance upon, that is not for the faint of heart of the occasional tourist. This is something special. This is something dark. We've all heard cliches about good things coming to those who wait. You will wait. And wait. You will wait more. And it will not be good.

Waitress took 30 minutes before even acknowledging we were sitting there. We have 2 little kids begging for food and drinks before we even saw her. No apology, I told her right away to get the kids food n drinks. Once my good came I had to ask for cheese 3 times already asking for the side when I first ordering knowing I was going to want it. Food was quick hot and delicious. It is poor hospitality to have an employee(host) arguing and hanging out with her own bf/ husband or whatever with the child baby in the stroller. Maybe she would of be acknowledge by the waitress if the host told her she had a new table if she wasn't distracted by visitors. Also the chef was just hanging out at the host stand on his phone, we sat at the bar area and it wasn't crowded, it wasn't busy, like I said food was hot and quick thank you kitchen. But as a company you should be embarrassed about what's happening in the dining room.

I ordered a beer and it was served in a glass that was not clean. It had the strawberry margarita the prior customer had caked in the interior of the glass So disgusting that the waitress took it away wearing gloves. Hope I don't get sick..

I came in here during my lunch break and sat at the last booth to the left.What can I say? Everything you would expect a T.G.I. Friday's location to be lol. I was craving spinach artichoke dip so I guess I dug my own grave .My server was nice ,lots of energy.I ordered the dip which was warm , chips and all,My soup was watery and my salad was bland.My mojito was weak (it's $4 so I won't get picky lol) Anywho , when I let the manager know he was very helpful and removed the soup and salad from my bill even though I didn't ask him to which was nice.Still coming for that stick special on the weak mojitos though , aye! But stir that soup before you serve it next time guys, watery soup is the worst ;(

My last visit was not the best. The ribs were too dry (usually I order them with the sauce on the side, but not dry like paper). The sever took my complaint personal. I've been a Fridays fan for many years and this is the first time I am so disappointed. I hope this doesn't happen again.

I’m gunna be real honest, I’m not the type of person to like complain about my food or send stuff back. But I ordered the fish and chips, and my fish was raw and also cold?? Luckily I ordered something else and the waiter took the dish off our receipt but like, it was just something so weird and I just felt sick the entire day. The waiters were very kind and friendly to us but it’s just that experience that really disappointed me.

I used to come a lot … Never again !!!I ordered Chicken Parmesan pasta, ?it’s just heavy cream with pasta not even seasoned and the chicken taste like frozen food with ragú salsa …they didn’t even care that the plate was intact, never asked … ?

We came for my husband dinner last week. It wasn't busy, but the service was slow. Food options are plenty. However service sucks, needs more training. My daughter food plastic in her mash potatoes, I express to the waiter how dangerous that was and had it been a smaller child they could have choked and died, her response was " do you want your check now". I paid, left her a note on the check how to handle a situation like that and why she got a very small tip. I will not be back.

I was a regular but only go in once in a blue moon, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back seeing how gross it’s become.This location has gone down hill in recent years because of poor management, it smells, floors and walls dirty with paint peeling off the walls.The GM needs to worry more about taking care of the place then spend his time hitting on his female staff members and customers.The only good thing about this place is Marshal the host.I was told it will be closing down soon, probably the best thing to happen in coral gables, we don’t need trashy places like this here!
