We got the Blue Cheese & Black Truffle burger + the Roasted Wild Mushrooms & Swiss burger paired with sea salted fries and sweet potato fries.
The buns were fluffy and soft, the meat was perfect and the cheese was deliciously creamy !
We ordered a side of the Roasted Brussels Sprout and that was amazing. The Spicy soy sauce gave it an extra layer of saltiness.
If you like peanut butter, ask for the peanut butter vinaigrette on the side and douse it on your French fries. Thank me later ?

Absolutely the saltiest burger I've ever had. The place was 2/3 empty so the server was nice but untrained ( took my wife's plate while I was still eating). This is not representative of the Capital Grille franchise.

UPDATE: I spoke with the general manager and he apologized for the mixup in the order. I thanked him for the call. Because of this gracious gesture, I will return to this restaurant. Cause I still love the burgers!!!!
I have always enjoyed Capitol Burger a lot. The burgers have always been ordered as I have requested. But as of today, 10/1, I asked for a bacon cheeseburger…they gave me a classic cheeseburger. I returned it and they gave me what I ordered and for some reason, my burger was not well-done as initially requested.
Very disappointing but I think I am going to get my burger somewhere else.

After eating multiple times at Capital Grille I decided to give Capital burger a try but I was very dissatisfied. . Food was way below average . Lobster bisque tasted out of a can and french fries were stale. The burger was tasty but small for the price. Did not meet my expectations at all!!!

Parking: Street parking is tough to find but there is a parking garage right around the corner 2$ for the hour

Awesome burgers at a good price. The fries are fresh and crisp, and there are a variety of fries to order. The complimentary pickles they serve are also very nice, if you like pickles. Service is always consistent and courteous, and they are always available for any special requests. If you want a burger and have Capital Burger around, don't think twice!

Food is absolutely delicious and service was great! I've always been a big fan of Capital Grill and this extension of their restaurant was amazing. It's a casual restaurant unlike Capital Grille but the food is far from casual. The Capital burger and the chicken sandwich were amazing!! The Gouda fries, kale salad and Brussel sprouts were also delicious! The 20oz rib eye had great flavors. Honestly I was very impressed and am looking forward to going back!
