I’d recommend the tenderloin truffle as a main dish or the beef cheek pasta. Both were full of flavor and truffle. The desserts were just as delicious. The apple tart and pavlova are definitely a must.
Overall, The Collab delivers an outstanding dining experience and service. It’s a wonderful addition to The Thesis.

The Prime picanha & roasted fingerling potatoes were amazing. Everything was very flavorful, well presented. Cocktails were very good as well. La Colomba has a wonderful hint of smokiness.

I loved the food, the koren chicken at happy hour was spectacular, we tried the Miami spice menu so the portions were a little small but the flavor of each dish was excellent. I would definitely return. In addition, the waiter José was very friendly and always attentive.

Collab is very nice. The food is good, and the by the glass wine selection is actually quite good. But in a crowded Miami restaurant scene, Collab does not stand out. To be clear, we had a nice meal, but would I go back? Maybe, but probably not. Service was, again, ok.

What a gem! Slightly hidden away in the first floor of the THesis hotel. The food was simply excellent. Very creative tasty and extremely well prepared and presented. The service was very good and our server, Jose Cabrera, was very knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients and gladly answered our many questions with a smile. Miami Spice menus are great deals. The Oven Roasted Beets were delicious, Beef Tartare was wonderful and the Tenderloin Truffle will bring us back many times. Don't miss the deserts. Sticky Toffee pudding was the best in Miami. Thank you to the manager and all the staff for a great dinner out with my wife and daughter. Next time we may take them up on the no fee corkage, but the mixed drinks were also terrific.

Food was outstanding, the flavors were all spot on. We went for the Miami Spice menu and everything we had was ridiculously delicious! Highly recommend the tenderloin truffle, the meat was melt in your mouth and the sauce was one of the most unique and perfectly balanced sauces I've had in a long time!!

We made a reservation for Sunday brunch only to arrive to a totally closed restaurant with no information. People at the front desk told us brunch would be in the other restaurant, which only had a massively overpriced buffet.

The Collab is one of the best dining experiences I have been able to enjoy in Miami! My boyfriend and I went to The Collab and chose to eat from the Miami Spice menu. Everything was cooked to perfection! I ordered a Prime Picanha and my boyfriend had the Beef Tenderloin Truffle, both of which we ordered medium rare and it was the most tender steaks we have ever enjoyed. You can tell the quality and intention that was put into every dish that was served. We were also recommended the Roasted Leeks by our server as it is one of the chef's specialties. It was supposed to come out during our dinner and due to a delay in the kitchen, it was taking longer than anticipated. Our server and the manager made sure to keep us updated and informed on the status of the dish which shows the kind of dedication the restaurant has to making an amazing experience for its customers. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and its ambiance feels cozy. The restaurant staff were welcoming and attentive, consistently making sure that our table was taken care of. You must try the Blue Crab Croquettes! They were delicious. Overall, the entire experience at this restaurant makes us want to go back again. 5 stars all around!
The service is totally lacking. They ended comping our drinks and desserts because they recognized their issues. However having to keep looking for servers and getting up to serve our own wine doesn't make for a pleasant experience.
This was our second visit on the spicies menu!!! The quality and taste were magnificent the first time that we went for “seconds” and his time they outdid themselves, both with the food and their service and attention to details, Jose, our waiter was very attentive to our needs and the manager even offered a complimentary glass of wine!!! Kudos

My husband and I went for Miami Spice and the menu was well rounded. The blue crab croquettes and prime beef tartar were delicious. We ordered an additional appetizer, the roasted leek. The entrees were great. I personally did not like the matcha pavlova. The matcha and the lemon ice cream did not go well together and it tasted too fishy( im not a huge matcha fan). The berry compote that came on top was excellent. That should be its own dish. But we enjoyed our date night.
