My husband and I went for dinner on Saturday night. The restaurant was busy but not too packed or crazy. Very nice decor and atmosphere. We had wonderful service. We ordered the salmon and beef tartare. Both excellent. The beef carpaccio was also delicious but a little small. They were out of a few things that we wanted but everything we ordered was really good. My martini was perfection. I didn't know they've been open a year and a half. It was our first time, definitely will go back.
Everything we ordered was delicious and the drinks were spectacular. Our server Jose was very attentive and gave great recommendations
The food was great quality and preparation. We had the octopus and cod appetizers (the cod was a special) and the shrimp and crab pasta entree. The pasta was heavenly. We ordered bread and it was an incredible sourdough. Memorable.
First time at the collab. When we arrived we waited a few minutes for the hostess. She then explained that staff was a bit limited and apologized. We headed to the bar. The cocktails were really well made especially the Frenchy. We originally asked to seat outside, the weather was great for it, but outside is a hotel courtyard and a little boring. The inside space was so lovely so it worked out well. Once we sat our server Arthur came right away with a welcome cocktail and an amuse bouche. Both were delicious. We then had the stracciatella, it was so good. Our mains were the picanha and the branzino. Both were excellent. Overall a great experience, friendly service, delicious food and cocktails.
I had a wonderful experience at your restaurant. I went there to celebrate my 40th birthday with a breakfast among friends, and everything was incredible. The food was delicious, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made the occasion feel even more special.
Amazing food and service. We had the 40 ounce picana and Baba ganoush to share between 4 and it was perfect.
Amazing experience. From the service to the food, everything was on point. Will definitely return!
We loved our first time to The Collab. From our greeting upon arrival through to our departure, everyone at the restaurant was gracious, thoughtful and friendly. We were welcomed by Max, served by Jose and proceeded to get a few courtesy tokens from Hector. We were given two crostini's with diced beets and lovely aperitif (gin with pomegranate juice). Both were delicious. We ordered blue crab croquettes. They were delightful, fresh and tasty with a tasty aioli. I ordered the salmon and my husband ordered one of their pasta dishes, the Vesuvio. Loved both dishes. We closed the night with their pistachio, matcha and ganashe cheesecake (more like a basque tarta). OMG! We ate every morsel. The restaurant has a lovely decor, botanical, fresh and warm with beautiful lighting and a great choice in music playing on the background. We will surely be back and if you're interested in something new and terrific you'll find it at The Collab. We did!
This was a fantastic dining experience with my family and my daughter who goes to University of Miami. The atmosphere is wonderful. The manager Hector is very responsive and very involved in the customer experience. Hector will treat you like family. The bartender Kristoff is a cocktail magician and has a very cool vibe of his own. I highly recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere, the food and the cocktails. For breakfast, the Shakshuka was out of this world.

Great place for dinner with several friends. Noise level is great for conversation. Food was amazing - have the straciatella! And the deserts are amazing must try.
I had brunch at The Collab and it was perfection from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. You can tell real care goes into the menu. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. It's rare to find a place where everything hits just right, but The Collab nailed it. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!
We ate vegetarian. The best brussel sprouts I've ever eaten. Wonderful baba ganoush with an enormous cloud of hot pita. Don't miss the mushroom kamameshi! Sticky Toffee pudding was huge and serves 4. We'll be back....
Stopped by to try and went for their Miami Spice dinner. First I had an Island Girl that was fire. Absolutely delicious. For the appetizer I had the grilled octopus and it's got to be some of the best I've ever had. Totally impressed. For my main I chose the short ribs that were incredible! A huge portion as well. I could not finish it. Unfortunately I had to leave so I too my dessert to go and it was yummy later that night. The service is beyond amazing. Very involved without being intrusive. Lovely location with on site paid parking. The ambience was lovely and the decor very chic. I'm looking forward to becoming a regular. Well done!
New breakfast menu and the Savory Frittata was very good. Chef Chano came out and talked with the guests. I really appreciated that.
