First time at the collab. When we arrived we waited a few minutes for the hostess. She then explained that staff was a bit limited and apologized. We headed to the bar. I had a wonderful experience at your restaurant. I went there to celebrate my 40th birthday with a breakfast among friends, and everything was incredible. The food was delicious, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made the occasion feel even more special.
We loved our first time to The Collab. From our greeting upon arrival through to our departure, everyone at the restaurant was gracious, thoughtful and friendly. We were welcomed by Max, served by Jose and proceeded to get a few courtesy tokens from Hector. We were given two crostini's with diced beets and lovely aperitif (gin with pomegranate juice).
