My husband and I went for dinner on Saturday night. The restaurant was busy but not too packed or crazy. Very nice decor and atmosphere. We had wonderful service. We ordered the salmon and beef tartare. Both excellent. The beef carpaccio was also delicious but a little small. The food was great quality and preparation. We had the octopus and cod appetizers (the cod was a special) and the shrimp and crab pasta entree. The pasta was heavenly. We ordered bread and it was an incredible sourdough. Memorable.
First time at the collab. When we arrived we waited a few minutes for the hostess. She then explained that staff was a bit limited and apologized. We headed to the bar. The cocktails were really well made especially the Frenchy. We originally asked to seat outside, the weather was great for it, but outside is a hotel courtyard and a little boring.
