Nada son muy informales con sus servicios en varias ocasiones e puesto órdenes y los kakes los han cambiado . No creo q sea un buen lugar para ordenar para fiestas

Stop by with my son this morning to pick up breakfast. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! From how delicious everything was to how impeccably clean the whole store is and how incredibly nice the owner and staff is. I cannot wait to go back again. Super happy to finally have a Vicky bakery in Fort Myers.

I received an order from them through Uber eats. The food was old stale, and the croquettes taste like chemicals. I have been a customer of Vicky Beck since the 70s moved away to Washington state a few years ago a friend sent me the order to welcome me back to Miami I could not believe, the downgrade that the company has taken after the originals owners passed away, so sad to see such a wonderful name thrown under the bus I logged onto Facebook to leave a review they do not let you post pictures or reviews

Don’t waste your time with this place, drove 40 minutes to get pastries to take back only to be told that they were out and they were not willing to make more, how are you a bakery with no product that you promote, I feel like I was in Cuba. And employees are rude, they don’t care, find another bakery because this one sucks

Los mejores pastelitos de guayaba en Orlando! El local es lindo y limpio también. Al fin un bakery cubano que vale la pena.

They handed me an empty pastry. Unbelievable the stones at some businesses house trying to rip people off. I’m gonna fight for my money back.

Staff very friendly but food mediocre and expensive. Prefer the local small mom and pop Cuban bakeries in the area. This was $18: 1 cafe con leche, 2 pastries, and a croissant with egg, cheese and one piece of bacon. Too high for walk up counter food. This was at RPB, Fl rest.

Terrible service!!! Unprofessional and rude ! 5 ladies chatting and talking while customers were waiting for service? I asked ‘where can I order?’ Their reply was ‘at the window’ and all 4 but one went to the kitchen and stayed there forever doing absolutely nothing! NEVER WILL COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION !Prices HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER VICKY STORE AND HIGHER THAN UBER EATS! Terrible service! TERRIBLE

The attention is the worst thing about that place in Coral Gables, they are rude. Bad service, they don't say hello if they don't want to work, they shouldn't be there.
