We came on a Wednesday afternoon (6pm) and it was quiet. It seems like a cool chill place to work? They have tables next to the main window where you can sit and either read or work on a paper. We were greeted right when coming in. The empanada was great. I had an iced chai tea latte with chocolate syrup 10/10 and my husband got a cold brew 10/10. We will be back.

Great customer service was just in there for a punctured tired and mechanic was not there and clavel helped me and i just asked to show me and he went out of his way to fix my tire himself!!!! Not a usual thing on a sunday when they did not have any mechanics in!!!! Definitely coming here for my tune ups on my bike from now on!!!! Recommend 1000%%%%

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. After the ride on Saturday, I stopped to have breakfast and buy a jersey for our group. We were approximately 15 people who were buying the $240.00 jersey and other products for our Saturday ride. The manager was completely uninterested and didn't give us the attention we deserved. BUT I want to emphasize that the service provided by the salesman CLEBER who took the time explaining all of PNS's products in detail, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very charismatic.

I am so happy to have a cafe catered to people who like bicycles! I had a cortado that was strong and uplifting, perfect treat after commuting by bike! There are some cool road bikes on display and a workshop with cool equipment. I would love for more places to take ZIeL as an example: where you can relax, read a book, and drink some coffee while leaning into cool bikes and offering bike ride-alongs; Maybe even having a party-pace ride along. Truly inspiring. As this area is mostly urban, there are some sharrows on the street that connect with the cafe. For bike parking I didn't see any sturdy, concrete secured, bike parking. Although ZIeL does have interesting bike racks (literally hang your bike from) I didn't want to test its sturdiness with my heavier bike and its cargo on the rear; it definitely appeared to be mainly for lightweight road bikes.
Cleber was a huge help in sourcing new cycling clothing. When I showed up, Cleber had multiple outfits in my size laid out to make things as efficient as possible. He also gave very honest feedback. The entire ZIel team has been extremely welcoming and their cycling programming seems to be very diversified.

Being a regular at Ziel Concept Store, I can confidently say this shop consistently delivers exceptional service, and my most recent visit was no different. The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with top notch PNS cycling clothing and more!!! Great coffee and food are big pluses ☕️
