The atmosphere is great but we ordered an eggplant ravioli which was too salty and the portion was really small for its price. I ordered pasta that was almost raw and just not tasty. I dont understand how this place has so many good reviews, maybe we ordered a wrong thing. Overall, it’s overpriced and the food we ordered was super disappointing

Had dinner tonight at Zucca. Been here previously but tonight was a disaster. Table not ready. Waited although host was polite still had to wait a while, upon being seated we noticed that at this secondary dining area there were numerous guests x in shorts and very beachy attire which is contrary to their attire description online. Been here previously and guests were dressed up nicely which we love so this was surpise. I assume that at this secondary dining area they allow these guests to dine in shorts which my spouse would have loved to have known in advance however all indications state no shorts for dining. We have always dressed up to dine at Zucca. To add to the disappointment although our waiter read back our order my meal was wrong and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for it to arrive yet other people in my party ate while I waited. Horrible, that is the worst thing that can happen since usually everyone wants to dine and enjoy together not waiting for one person to have their meal arrive due to waiter issue. Not guest issue. I was told 5 minutes but it was 20 minutes and timed it. By the time my meal arrived everyone had finished theirs. Complete disappointment. When the check came there was no compensation for the error, not an expresso comped or a dessert, nothing. Very disappointing and bad management. Obviously a very bad evening from the beginning of not having table ready and only got worst! I’d say you can try but can skip and try elsewhere. Too many options to eat for this dissatisfaction.

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and we were so happy with our choice!! The waiters were very friendly and even treated us with a complimentary table side dessert cocktail as a celebration for us. The lamb meatballs were amazing as well as the Tagliatelle with mixed wild mushrooms and caviar. We will definitely be coming back here!

I celebrated my birthday there and it was a very fulfilling experience! The food was delicious and the service excellent. The restaurant is very pretty and has a nice ambiance. I will come back again!
This place is fantastic, and the food is delicious. The only two negative things I can mention are that I wrote in Open Table that it was our anniversary. Nothing happened. I don't expect anything for free, but the acknowledgment would be nice, or a nicer table. The service was great, but I felt pressured to order my main dish. I would come back to this beautiful establishment.
