This place is always crazy busy but you still never have to wait long. Fast and friendly service, Delicious pizza that I crave on the daily, and at prices you won't find anywhere! Best lunch special all around!
Just order a sub. Excellent done, with all the works to the point I had to split most of the veggies to a plate to be able to eat the sub. They had it ready in a timely manner and the staff of very kind and helpful.

I've been ordering food from Annie's Pizza and Subs for the last 9 years. Best place for delivery and take out. Best Pizza in Coral Springs and Broward County. Best Italian food, best italian subs, best cheese steak subs and best tuna subs in Broward County, all their subs are great, I have had them all. Me being Italian I'm very picky.
